Cosy and comfortable hotel.

Beds not made. Towels not changed. Shortage of toilet paper. Very few shower products. No bottled water in the room. Empty refrigerator. I had to pay twice. I am awaiting my refund. Really very disappointing

Exceptional setting and beautiful room. The minuses are the absence of shower gel and shampoo. I reported it at breakfast and the only response was that it would be told to the manager.... Breakfast is baguette free with small thawed pastries. abundance is not appropriate 14€ all the same... The lighting in the bathroom and the light in the bed are dark.

Beautiful romantic location...

no reception, no one arrived at 6 p.m., you have to go around the establishment to find someone. very ordinary breakfast for 14 euros per person and still no one. you have to use it without any explanation. more croissants than chocolate rolls. for the departure person, I find the maid who tells me to leave the keys on the desk. And here is our very disappointing stay, too bad the place is very beautiful. we care about the customer.

Everything is good at the hotel level, on the other hand at the restaurant, a glass of wine at 8 euros...it's a bit overdone...too bad otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Arrived late and left early, but in between everything was fine. Only downside, no way to find the wifi code...

Overall hotel accommodation is somewhat ok. On the other hand, at the level of restoration, I did not like it at all, not terrible. Put a really beautiful frame all around

Due to hospitalization we canceled one room.. No Reaction! Full loading.

Good hotel, good value for money. We could like a reception open until 10:30 p.m., breakfast from 7:30 a.m. But for my part we have found solutions and that is the main thing.

Lighting to room on corridors poor ,room only had 1 bath and hand towel for 2 people ,no coffee maker as stated in info ,only kettle x 2 sachet of coffee no creamer / milk . Cobwebs in corner of room ,horrible smell of sewage in bathroom. Restaurant/ bar poor ,no White House wine no draught beer only expensive bottle beer ,food poor value and very limited choice given . No WiFi info given ,no info for checkout given .

Friendly staff, very clean room, the setting is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant on site with a nice menu.

The room had not been serviced on arrival so we had to wait about an hour before we could actually get into the room. No offer of compensation was made, not even a drink while we waited. The food is overpriced for the quality and variety. The staff tried their best but there seemed to be inadequate numbers to run the hotel.

Sublime setting, very pleasant and available staff

Rather aging hotel, in need of a refresh, almost disdainful welcome from the manager, on arrival and departure, rooms not made during our 4-day stay (except the only bed, once, but not the bathroom or the toilets ), very average restaurant and yet not cheap. A feeling of letting go of the direction. Very disappointed, we had gone there two years in a row before the Covid and had good memories of it

Very pleasant welcome, large quiet room

Absolute scammers- paid via booking.com but the hotel owner said payment was not taken so I paid for the stay again.
I have now essentially paid double. Since then I have been in contact with the owner who has made excuse after excuse for not refunding.

It has now got to the point that I have had to contact booking.com resolution center and leave a bad review which I never do.

Would love to also post the text messages between myself and the owner. Really poor and 3 months down the line now refund.

Everything was a little dated, I think the photos are pretty old. Updating the photos would help to manage expectations. Very limited choose at the restaurant.

The setting is remarkable. The service is minimal The restaurant is disappointing and expensive for what it offers (22€ for a cheese burger!)

Very disappointed. Nothing to do with the quality expected for a French accommodation rated 3. Pretentious hotel, where everything is done economically. Broken curtain rod, damaged walls, average cleanliness. Only 1 large towel for 2. The restaurant is appalling. Warm wine, wine cellar down since June 09! King prawns served lukewarm and half-cooked with boiled rice, but well presented. A revisited tiramisu, all dry, with an industrial mousse. Meal at 38 euros, warm, out of the freezer, inedible industrial sauce. As for the breakfast that we had to pay for the day before, before discovering the disaster, it is 13 euros, i.e. the current price of a worker's meal, and we have only one piece of bread per person, we have to find out where we are. things, there is nobody in the dining room, a poor stunted buffet, low-end portions of jam counted to the nearest unit. A moderately clean refrigerator. We will never see the director. We leave the hotel without having seen anyone since the night before. At the very least, I would have liked the manager to come and see us and explain this disaster. This stay will have cost us more than 300 euros for a service inferior to anything we have seen elsewhere for much less.

We stayed on route to the Dordogne. The hotel, outside space and room were excellent. The evening meal was good.

Vergane glorie. Erg gehorig mn bovenburen. Bediening en keuken van het restaurant niet op haar taak berekend. Lang wachten.

Excellent accommodation in a wooded and very quiet environment.

Very surprised by the menu which was displayed at 29 euros only for the starter 5 euros extra for the dishes 7 euros extra and for the desserts from 5 to 7 euros extra if we wanted to take the dishes with extra the menu was 48 euros a nice scam and in addition zero quality and presentation, no manager to discuss it and at breakfast if you arrive at 9am more choice, products not put back in place, in addition we were put in a room under construction, in conclusion very disappointed, very expensive for the services offered

The young lady who was on Reception when we arrived was helpful and charming. However, her colleague, a young man, seemed incapable of smiling, not a good attribute in the hospitality business. His manner was awkward and wooden.
The food in the hotel restaurant was probably the worst that we have ever encountered in a Logis restaurant. Very little choice and the main courses were pre-prepared and re-heated. Not what I expect in France.

A simple and friendly place in the middle of the forest. A bit rustic in a pleasant sense. A complaint about the breakfast charged 15 euros (with the tourist tax perhaps?).... No espresso coffee, the old coffee ball... Espresso possible against supplement. Perfectly inadmissible, it's unbearable to make us believe that nothing is better than the coffee ball .... it just has the effect of putting them well to me ... the balls !!!!

Echt een beetje vergane glorie, kamer was in slechte conditie. Veel waterschade geweest, ruit gebroken en niet schoon. Diner was redelijk en ontbijt was goed.

Very friendly welcome, attentive staff

Nobody at the reception of the hotel... You had to pay on arrival then no one left...the young girl spent her last day that evening... Nobody's breakfast... Shabby basket with 2 mini croissants and 1 mini breakfast Pain au Chocolat....No bread and No eggs...the water was boiling without anything... Everything seemed abandoned. At the restaurant bad attendance to scare But helpful butler Polite and nice Spacious room but a broken ceiling light and the shower fan on at night ... usually the switch should stop it

Excellent hotel for a stopover

In the middle of winter, the restaurant menu seems a bit tight, if not flat

The site is remarkable, on the edge of a pond in the heart of Sologne. The decoration of the room, a mixture of modern choices and older furniture, may surprise you; the "American" bathroom as well. The lighting is overall a little too pale, especially given the general tone of the wall decoration: we find this "insufficient" lighting in the dining room...

We booked two rooms at this hotel as the couple we were travelling with had stayed here previously about five years ago.
Good friendly reception and meal, but the rooms nos.101 and 200 had no hot water to the showers or hand basins Also the shower in room 101 was broken. Not that it would have made much difference anyway.We did complain but to no avail. Also breakfast staff seemed to be pressurising us to leave as soon as possible at 9.15.
We think that for 133 euros for each room this hotel was very disappointing, and will certainly think twice about staying in logos hotels again. Campanile is much better value.

Toujours aussi agréable !!!! Mon seul regret… la facturation de 15€ pour mon petit chien. Se n’est pas la première fois que je viens dans l’établissement, aucune dégradation ni ménage supplémentaire à effectuer. Ils a fait ses preuves, et je trouve cette facturation navrante.

Le lieu est magnifique il y a de belles balades à faire autour du lac que je voyais même depuis la chambre
Les propriétaires sont charmants et on voit qu’ils veulent faire du mieux possible pour satisfaire leurs clients
J’ai particulièrement apprécié qu’on me porte mon petit déjeuner dans ma chambre qui est un immense plaisir pour moi et qu’on retrouve de moins en moins dans les hôtels
J’ai aussi apprécié que la chambre était bien chauffée comme j’aime

Mon 2 eme séjour en 2 semaines. Toujours aussi agréable, un personnel aux petits soins, un cadre idyllique pour le repos et se ressourcer. J’y retourne au plus vite.

Établissement au calme, personnel très accueillant et aux soins pour ses clients, très bonne literie et très bon restaurant.. petit déjeuner copieux et varié. J’y retournerai sans nul doute .

Nous avons malheureusement eu une des deux dernières chambres qui n’avaient pas été refaite donc un peu vieillot la décoration et la salle de bain médiocre .

Environnement Solognot pour le reste à BANNIR. Abord direct non entretenu, arrière piscine un vrai débarras, WIFI pas fiable, chaine télévision aléatoire, au niveau de la literie :couverture extrafine!!!, odeur d'huile de cuisson au niveau de l’accueil et couloir accès chambre désagréable, prix des chambres en inadéquation avec le confort global, propreté générale à désirer....et j'en passe Vive l'hôtel Tatin à Lamotte Beuvron.

Beautiful location, good food, nice room

Het hotel ligt mooi gelegen aan een meertje, midden in de natuur. Na een lange dag in de auto even heerlijk afkoelen in het zwembad. Kamers zijn een beetje donker, maar wel netjes ingericht. Wat echt ontbreekt voor een dergelijk hotel is iets van verkoeling op de kamer. Het restaurant daarentegen is werkelijk waar het bezoeken waard en maakt veel goed. Heerlijk buiten gezeten en genoten van een 6-gangen diner met goede flessen wijn.
