Tout était parfait seul petit soucis il n’y avait pas de pressions dans la douche

Hôtel proche du cœur d'Évian donc un peu bruyant, à l'accueil très sympathique. Parking municipal pour se garer car peu de places dans les rues.

Un établissement de caractère parfaitement tenu par de grands professionnels

Accueil et personnel parfait! Chambre très propre il manquait juste l'espace spa complet pour justifier le prix légèrement élevé pour le type de chambre/prestation.
Excellent petit déjeuner pour terminer le séjour 👍

Cute little hotel with direct access to parking garage. Liked the decor a lot and also the friendliness of the staff. View from the little balcony was great towards the lake. Would stay there again.

“More than perfect” hotel for a stay of a few days in Evian. Hotel very well located close to the banks of Lake Geneva and the city center, very clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

I found the welcome very good, the room is very nice and well designed, I really like the idea of the bathroom with the courtesy blue light, perhaps a little small for a large person, check-out times a hair restrictive (10.00 am) but on the other hand when we arrived our. room was ready at 1.30pm. The staff should not enter the rooms while the customer is having breakfast in the hotel room.

It was not possible to sleep with the window open because of the loud street noise.

Excellent welcome, no worries during our stay. Only one very small downside, the lake view partly hidden by the trees.

We return with pleasure to this very pleasant hotel, ideally located and managed by absolutely competent and attentive people.

The room was very quiet, liked the shutters that provided blackout. The door to the balcony did excellent soundproofing. The nightlights in the bathroom was a good feature. The people at the front desk were helpful and gave excellent advice.

Great location, friendly staff, great hotel. Parking situation, even for loading and unloading is disappointing, in particular if you are traveling with small children or elderly. Rooms are VERY small. However, as mentioned friendliness of staff and location made up for it.

I booked a 19m2 room with lake view I had a 9m2 room overlooking a parking lot and a boulevard. impossible to sleep as the air conditioning is noisy. it looks like an abominable 747 living room very mediocre sleeping arrangements a bathroom with bathtub on the resa and in reality a 2m2 room! wifi with an outdated server (avoid) a hotel to avoid that will not see me again

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time. All staff are pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and speak English compared to my almost non-existent French. Location is superb and breakfast (important to me) is good

I did not accept the supplements requested during my last stay. More than a hundred nights in just over a year, a non-refundable overbooked night and supplements? Honestly, I don't admit. Business sense gives. I'm going to think about changing my hosting habits.

We are regulars of the Littoral and as usual the welcome is perfect, the quality services, we recommend it to all those who want to remember their visit to Evian.

Awesome ! You would think that the whole team is having a competition to see who will be the most welcoming and the most benevolent with the customer. The welcome of the host le Littoral is remarkable in its natural way, the customer immediately feels good. In addition to excellent advice for restaurants. The staff is very welcoming, the room is consistent with the photos, and the balcony is very nice with this superb view of the lake. It is very well located, close to shops, parking nearby (13€ from 3 p.m. to 10:30 a.m.). I highly recommend !

Although room next to the lift the room has a double door so no noise. Small but clean and welcoming room same thing for the bathroom! Very comfortable bed. Hot and cold temperature adjustable from the top room! We will definitely be back!

A very pleasant room with a view of the Eman. Very clean, perfectly appointed room. A lounge at the friendly entrance to wait for the rain to stop., Good varied breakfast. Umbrellas offered. Efficient call to get a very punctual taxi for the next day. A very warm welcome, attentive listening. What more can be said? Just the certainty of coming back with pleasure on occasion.

Ideally situated for exploring Annecy and shops. Good welcome and very comfortable room, but lacking a fridge or kettle..Great breakfast. Booked parking which was onsite.

I was not satisfied. I had to leave 1 day earlier and I had to pay on the day however he didn't find it correct

Hotel well located with view of the rooms on the lake. The rooms are not very big but comfortable and quiet (even near the lift). The staff and charming and attentive. To recommend without hesitation.

The management deaf to the needs of guests affected by the COVID virus, we were a group ONE room had to cancel because the results were positive we notified Monday 11/07 arrival scheduled for 15 for those who were there plenty of time to resell the room (which they must have done ) we then paid the room for the full amount after several emails and saying that we could justify the non-presence of the two positives with a medical certificate, but there was nothing to do !!! When the god of money is in charge instead of reason. FOR THIS VOTE TO THE STRUCTURE 1-

Very happy staying at the hotel. The sweetest person welcomed me, breakfast was great, room was great. One thing I’d change is add the option of window blinds or dark 2nd curtain to block the morning light out.
