- Breakfast is served too late, after 8 am, and charged even if not eaten (one out of every two breakfasts was removed after discussion). - ETIK vouchers were refused (the advice given was to present them at another Logis de France hotel) because the machine was broken. The machine just happened to start working again after payment! - It was also impossible to get ETIK points credited for meals and the room. In short, in my opinion, Logis Hotels should reconsider this hotel's membership in their chain. As for me, I'm removing it from my list of possible destinations. Having stayed at Logis Hotels for a long time, this is the first time we've been treated so poorly regarding billing.

This hotel has become a must-stay for us when we go on and off vacation.
Poor location for walks from the hotel. A car is required for every activity. Dinner at the hotel was not possible without prior reservation. We chose this hotel as a stopover on our trip because of its restaurant. We booked well in advance, but were still unable to dine there. Upon checkout, we were charged for a more expensive room than agreed upon at the time of booking. The difference was only refunded after discussion. There were also problems processing the €15 ETIK voucher.

High quality hotel, well-appointed room, good bedding, bathroom with new fittings and faucets. You can feel that the investments are there. Varied breakfast, fresh products. The only downside is the reception on arrival, a person who feels she does not have to respond to customer emails because the answer is obvious to her, as it is on the website. Professionally, if a question is asked, it is because the customer has not seen or found the answer, so the least polite thing to do is to answer her and not to talk down to her upon arrival, when she feels taken advantage of. In addition, advice is given half-heartedly to help find a restaurant. At checkout, however, the person at reception was great.

Perfect. The only small remark would be that the soundproofing of the room is not great. But I will come back without hesitation.
Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and clean room as well as the bathroom. The only downside was the air conditioning which was too strong upon arrival in the room (too much difference compared to the outside) and an error in billing the room compared to the reservation.

Overall very impressed apart from the arrival. We arrived at 8pm just as the restaurant was opening. We did wait patiently for 15 mins and when the young girl came she was very rude and didn’t understand me even though I showed her my booking. Another guest overheard and helped me. She then just gave me the key and couldn’t be bothered to engage anymore. Not the best impression!!

The first time we came we were won over, so we were passing through Montluçon and we repeated the experience. Once again everything was perfect; very clean and comfortable room, the restaurant is extraordinary and the welcome from the staff is top notch. We felt at home. Looking forward to the next stay.
