The service at the reception and evening dinner was exceptional, incredibly helpful and friendly
We arrived to take possession of our room reserved from August 12 to 13 and the hotel reception turned us away on the grounds that it had just been allocated to people passing through. The person in charge told us that it was better to call or come by because she did not care about the site and validations by logishotels online. Everyone can make mistakes of course but the receptionist showed no apology or regret, we were even looked down upon, which is unacceptable!
The Feraillon Hotel was an excellent discovery. A very pleasant room, a typical mountain dining room, good local and homemade products, an extraordinary breakfast and a warm welcome. We will return with great pleasure!
Beautiful hotel with a warm welcome, a varied and delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, delicately decorated rooms, unique views and a peaceful atmosphere, a fully equipped gym, and a beautiful pool.
Very comfortable hotel in a very pleasant location facing the mountain in a screen of greenery and quiet, the staff is friendly and the owners very welcoming. The swimming pool, the spa, the billiards, the ping-pong and the pétanque contribute to relaxation after the possibilities of numerous walks and hikes in a very close environment. The half board is correct and the breakfast buffet very varied and plentiful with many local and homemade products. In short, only advantages to staying at the ferraillon. Only one small downside can be to say one, the speed of the service at meal times and the meal time slots which are a little reduced but finally we adapt and everything overall is at the top

Beautiful place. Absolutely attentive, helpful and lovely staff.
Typical hotel, very pretty, our room with balcony was spacious and allowed us to enjoy a very pleasant view. Breakfast and dinner possible at the hotel but we did not wish to take advantage of it. The hotel is located between Abondance and La Chapelle d'Abondance. Unfortunately there are no shops nearby on foot, you have to take the car. Mattress a little too soft in my opinion, but that's personal. Excellent welcome, attentive, very friendly.
The boss and employees are very friendly. The director is a local guy, he knows very well the interesting hikes according to your expectations and your abilities! When you return from your walk the heated swimming pool and the whirlpool await you, the best.
Family hotel, typical, well located with a beautiful view of the mountain. Lots of facilities (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, games room with baby, billiards and pinball (too bad they are paid), deckchairs in the grass facing the mountain. Everything is done to make you feel good! Spacious and clean room. Quality catering (breakfast and dinner), tasty and varied with friendly service. We recommend with our eyes closed.

A superb stay in this hotel! A very comfortable room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good meals. Services such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi which are a real plus. All in an incredibly peaceful setting. We can only recommend!

Great stay, half-board "feet under the table!" The meals are very good and plentiful, with quality local products. The best part: the swimming pool and the jacuzzi after the hike! Really great!
