A top-notch stay, both hotel and restaurant. Always a pleasure to visit every year.
A great getaway for my birthday. The location, staff, and restaurant were all exceptionally excellent. Thank you.
If you stay in the outbuildings, completely forget the idea of a 4-star hotel. The room charged at €175 per night (without breakfast) is absolutely not worth this price - €140/150 maximum, and even then, considering the region. Nothing suggests the advertised standard: • Very dirty carpet, old and damaged furniture, stained sheets. • Old bathroom, with only a small bar of soap, two cardboard cups, cheap towels and a leaking shower head. • Outdated hairdryer that doesn't even blow hot air. The first room we were offered was so unacceptable that we had to ask for another one! And to top it all off: the payment methods advertised are misleading. The website indicates that holiday vouchers are accepted, but once you arrive you are told that in reality, only paper ones are accepted, not electronic ones. A practice that is borderline legal and totally unacceptable. ❌ This establishment is nothing like a 4-star or a castle. Avoid at all costs.
Very nice experience in Auvergne! Swimming pool, calm, superb restaurant and very good service! An exceptional breakfast! On the other hand, the rooms are a little old, no air conditioning, no fridge, home automation from another age and not necessarily useful (telephone, television, etc.) which could be removed to invest in good quality WiFi.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was lovely and we were upgraded! The only downside was that the internet in the room was very slow.
An excellent discovery, a much-appreciated interlude. Dinner was the highlight of this stopover with a meal worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Bravo again to the chef. The welcome was perfect, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

I first came here two years ago for the hotel, and I came back for the food: exceptional cuisine that is well worth a star. The price is incredibly low for such a service. One small regret is that the menus aren't described on the website. Above all, keep the chef!

The food in the restaurant is excellent, well presented and tastes amazing. My only criticism is the limited menu choice. As well as the fine dining menu it would be perfect if there was a small A La Carte menu to choose from
