Very friendly welcome, magnificent setting, beautiful garden, private car park closed at night, very good quality catering, choice of menus with excellent value for money. Nice wine list. The meal was delicious and the service perfect.
Our room was not very comfortable. The heating was luke warm and not able to adjust. The hot water took 5 minutes for it to come through. The toilet was in a cubboard and not at all comfortable. The bath had a shower screen which prevented you from reaching the taps without getting in the bath. The restaurant was shut due to staff illness.

The hotel has great potential with a lovely setting. We were given room. Which at first sight was spacious, attractive and comfortable. However, the small cupboard separate toilet meant it was uncomfortable for use with the door closed, even for people of average height. The shower over the bath, had a screen which was fixed, making it difficult to stretch in to turn on the water, climbing in and out was difficult and the shower head fell down as soon as water pressure flowed through it.
The quality of the food was good. However my husband chose a starter dish from the a la carte , to then be told it wasn’t available so was pressured into quickly making a new choice and to choose a desert, at that time, not knowing if he would want one at that stage.
The buffet breakfast was also well provisioned with a good choice and nicely set out. But fell short of top marks, by having no coffee on the kona jug, just hot water , the coffee from the machine being Luke warm and only one cereal bowl available . We do not have a fluent command of the French language to be able to challenge these problems at the time.
About 15km from Noord-Zuid verbinding, about 250km from zuid van Parijs. Prettig Hotel op 2ha landgoed met uitstekende restaurant-keuken, vriendelijke bemanning, kamer simpel maar voldoende. Ontbijt onder de maat…..
Very quiet hotel. The room is well decorated, the bedding is impeccable, it just lacks enough to be able to make a little coffee or herbal tea in the room. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Suddenly a little disappointed with the breakfast, no fresh fruit, and the pastries were a little dry. But I still recommend this hotel.

kamer 6 die wij hadden is wel aan een update toe, het bad moet je echt inklimmen om ook te kunnen douchen. De wc lijkt op een isoleercel zo klein.
Het diner was werkelijk fantastisch, dit in tegenstelling tot het ontbijt dat een teleurstelling is. Broodjes niet vers weinig keus in broodbeleg en veel
trappen lopen om alles bij elkaar te zoeken.
Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden. Warm welcome and attentive staff .. I advise you to stay there for dinner. The cook does wonders.

View the hotel's answerOnce again we arrived at l'Hermitate after a long, congested journey. The hotel was the ideal anti-dote to France's motorways in August - quiet, elegant
and welcoming. Andre greeted us and we immediately felt at home, entering the sophisticated tranquility of the lobby, the rooms and eventually the terrace for dinner. It was exactly what we wanted and offered the perfect stop-over in the heart of France if travelling north or south. Dining in the restaurant on the terrace was again a highlight of our holiday. Lovely food, beautifully served and perfectly set in the tranquil grounds as the sun slowly set. One of the great delights of our visit to France in 2022. Thank you.
This is a very good place for an overnight stop on the way to the south of France. I have stayed here several times and it is always an enjoyable experience

This hotel has very pleasant gardens which stretch down to the river. Our stay was enhanced by a superb supper. We booked for this in advance and subsequently learnt that the supper tables were fully booked! We ate supper on the terrace a bit windy but great environment. Our room was in the annex and was adequate. Hotel Easy to find but LOGIS sign blocked out with Ivy. Breakfast was standard French, (Cheese Meats, Yoghurt, dried fruits) Coffee great as was the bread. Shame the Croisants were not hot. Car park at rear with gates locked at night.

View the hotel's answerwe were expecting an old house, we were housed in an annex which has remained in its 80s juice: bathroom just clean, not even a mixer in the shower bath, the TV does not work…. dinner: a beer served hot, the server is unable to give us the menu?! breakfast: just the essential nothing more I wonder why this establishment has 3 stars? I wouldn't go back
A magnificent setting, the calm of a beautiful countryside where squirrels and rabbits frolic: the Hermitage offers a really pleasant stay. The welcome is warm, the restaurant famous and the romantic garden maintained with the greatest care. the place.

Didn't realise at the time of booking that we would be in a room above the row of garages! Expected that the room would be in the main building.
No bottled water or tea making facilities in the room either.....very basic! We were not even offered the chance to purchase any.
However the food was very good. Accommodation we feel was not what we have come to expect from our experiences with Logis hotels.

Beautiful hotel, quiet, large perfectly maintained garden, private and secure parking at night. A particularly friendly, considerate and helpful welcome. The room a bit cramped with outdated furniture, but perfectly clean as well as the bathroom. The restaurant advertised as "gastronomic" largely deserves this qualifier. Conventional breakfast, but without any hot food.
We will return, we enjoy this Hotel very much!

Hôtel très décevant et honteux de louer une chambre un un tel état , à notre arrivée après 800 km nous n’avons pas pu dîner parce qu’il fallait réserver avant, non mentionné Lors de la réservation. La chambre était très sale fauteuil tacher poussière sous le lit sur la télé le support de la pomme de douche était cassée . Petit déjeuner strict minimum viennoiseries sorti du supermarché et pas du jour. hôtel à éviter.Client refoulé à 9h35 descendu pour le petit déjeuner parce qu’il était soi-disant trop tard en disant qu’avec le Covid il fallait désinfecter la salle et que ça leur prenait beaucoup de temps soit disant !!!!! ça m’a bien fait sourire vu l’état de la chambre

Nous avons eu un accueil fort sympathique, l'environnement est super joli, un jardin très bien entretenu.
Même si les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour
L’hôtel et le jardin ne sont pas bien maintenu. Les salles de bain sont datées. Le restaurant est en bon état mais les chambres ne sont pas de la même qualité. On avait choisi l’hôtel parce qu’il y avait un restaurant. Quand on est arrivé le patron nous a expliqué que le restaurant est très noté , et pour cette raison on avait de la chance que c’était possible dîner chez l’hôtel le soir car normalement il faut réserver en avance. L’hôtel se trouve dans une petite ville et il aurait été un problème si on avait dû trouver un autre restaurant.
Manque de produit locaux au petit déjeuné.
Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Hermitage le 19/07/21. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons apprécié le cadre, le jardin, la chambre. La table est excellente. Bref, nous recommandons !

Au diner à la carte : un seul plate de viande et ce sont des grenadins de veau, hélas nous ne mangeons pas de veau ! Mais cuisine de qualité
Au petit déjeuner : des viennoiseries qui viennent du supermarché mais pas de chez un boulanger ( la pâte levée feuilletée n'est ni feuilletée, ni croustillante ! )
J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Je le recommande à tous ceux qui passeront à Buzançais comme ville étape sur leur trajet ou pour visiter la région ! 😁😁
