A very charming hotel. The spa and pool access is great, and the staff are very attentive.
Dated rooms, especially the bathroom. Cleanliness isn't exactly impeccable. The breakfast buffet is rather disappointing. Excessively expensive for the type of facility.
The hotel is very nice, the setting is really beautiful, however some points need improvement regarding the swimming pool (cold water, jets don't work, sauna board about to fall over...) and the housekeeping in the rooms (dust under the bed among other things).
Frühstück Raum mitBüffet viel zu klein, die 2 Damen vom Service sind sehr nett rennen hin und her und haben echt viel zu tun.
Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür 5 Sterne.
Wir hatten ein Stardzimmer das wa so heruntergekommen und schon sehr lange nicht mehr renoviert.
Wie soll man sich da wohlfühlen. Ja der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist toll....vorne hui hinten pfui.

Excellent stay. High-quality service, superb breakfast, Brasserie Julien was very good with plenty of choice, and the Bohrer restaurant, which we already knew, was as perfect as ever.
