Every year we stop at the Bellevue Hotel; this year a big disappointment: room number 14 under the roof, to be climbed by an unspeakable iron staircase, air conditioning impossible to turn down! Where is the reputation of the Bellevue Hotel!?? It's pathetic!

We spent our holiday with 4 adults in this hotel and were 100% satisfied. We received a warm welcome and all the staff were helpful at all times. I had already been to the Bellevue hotel and I would come back with great pleasure with family or friends. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant in terms of quality-price, nothing to complain about, it's great! The staff is super nice and friendly. The swimming pool is very well maintained and what's great is that you can do lots of things in the surrounding area, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, paddle boarding, visiting the castle, caves, tree climbing, everything is accessible. I recommend 100%

Quite a negative impression when your GPS, scrupulously following the address, leads you to a large gravelled courtyard, without a vestige of storage for rental boats and which now serves as parking for the hotel. Then follow a barely legible sign (during the day) which leads through a basement to finally arrive at the very well-appointed facade of the hotel on the suspension bridge side. From there the opinion completely changed. Welcome in the large restaurant room, magnificently up to date. Really small room when you have two large suitcases, but very well decorated. Meal of exceptional quality and truly hearty.

Small family-run hotel with good facilities, good restaurant and friendly, helpful hosts.
There is good and bad. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is well located in the heart of this village right on the water's edge. And rather calm! But overall I wouldn't go back because there are too many negative points. No heating before our arrival so impossible to warm the room even after a night with the air conditioning set at 30° (knowing that at home it is 17° in my room). Waffle bedding! We are talking about it ? But who came up with the crazy idea that this would be a good idea? It's not comfortable and in the morning we arrive at breakfast in front of work colleagues with a waffle iron on half our face! It was predictable, right? And there is no sheet... it's important to have the top sheet to regulate your body temperature! :) The air conditioning LED which lights up the entire room in yellow at night! Yes, it’s a detail! But life is only made up of details! The walls of the bathroom which, around the sink, are covered with pink toothpaste stains... The overall decor of the hotel, well... I'm not talking about it because I'm sure you like it for sure but for me there is nothing worse. The restaurant is a bit disappointing, I ate the meat, it was stiff and too fatty. The dessert on the other hand was very good! You will have understood, it is not a disaster. But for me, in a hotel/restaurant, you have to pay attention to details, that's the basis of this job. And yes ! I am demanding ;) Thank you for the smiles of the people you meet there!!!
