Quiet and well-located accommodation. Helpful staff. Clean and pleasant room. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom, however, is in dire need of renovation; no hairdryer.

Late arrival and quick departure, adequate but unremarkable welcome, expensive breakfast for basic products. The room was clean but flooded during the night; the response was, "Oh yes, there's something stronger, that's why!" They ran out of pastries at the €14 breakfast; the explanation was, "Oh, the previous guests ate too many!"
A pleasant hotel with a spacious, very clean room and amenities that met my needs. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The free parking was a nice touch.

We were unaware that a party was being held with a band consisting of a drummer, a bassist, and a Botempi organ. This caused a great deal of noise, as our room was on the ground floor. The band stopped performing after midnight, and afterwards we were subjected to the sounds of cleaning up, staff talking loudly, and the music playing while they worked. We completely understand that parties and other logistical tasks can be organized, but it would have been simpler to arrange for us to be put in a room further away and on an upper floor. This would have allowed us to recover from our journey, given that we still had a five-hour drive the next day, and we weren't able to fall asleep until after 1:30 a.m.
A lovely hotel that readily accepts dogs. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent and of high quality. A big thank you to the chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Very comfortable short stay at this hotel. I recommend it for the welcome, the service and the quality of the restaurant.
Not worthy of the term "lodging." For those of us used to lodging, it was very disappointing. The bathroom lacks cleanliness (urine marks on the toilet seat uprights, yellowed and sometimes missing bathtub seals, limescale and rust behind the bathtub faucet, suspicious marks on the hairdryer, ventilation full of dust, radiator full of dust and dirty, missing tiles near the switch.... In addition, this "charming hotel" claims to participate in the "Etik" program but to use your voucher you must eat at the restaurant because it is not included in the price of the room or the breakfast... Beyond that, I was charged the amount of the room and breakfast a quarter of an hour before my arrival, which took away all chances of giving my voucher when paying for breakfast. My €15 voucher! expired, I had no other choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant to take advantage of it... It is unacceptable.... What a disappointment for us who had stayed there 4 years ago and where everything was perfect. I I guess this hotel has changed management and with it, the neglect has set in. They are probably taking advantage of the old image... Until when???? Let's not talk about the breakfast and the restaurant menu which has also gone downmarket...
Quiet, comfortable hotel with excellent bedding. Lovely view of the lake, swimming pool, bowling green, all for excellent value for money.

An unforgettable overnight stay; everything was perfect. The service, the quality of the food, and the attentiveness of the staff are all worthy of note. The pool was more than welcome during this period of intense heat.

We only spent one night in this hotel, but it was really very good. A very good evening meal in very reasonable proportions, and it was very tasty! The room was also very nice. Well decorated, simple, and very clean! Excellent breakfast as well. And to top it all off, the setting is very, very nice with a view of the Pyrenees!
How can anyone give this hotel three stars? It's scandalous and calls into question the quality of your chain's evaluation. The rooms are dilapidated, with mold in the shower trays. The restaurant served a good cassoulet. The last one I was served was tasteless. The staff at this establishment is friendly, I want to point out. With the exception of the lady who is apparently the owner. It was the last time I went there. There are limits that should not be crossed. €125 for an overnight stay with two drinks, but without breakfast due to an early departure, and no goodwill gesture. It's a shame because it's well-located for working in Toulouse.
As always, a prime location. The inn is located high up with breathtaking views of the Lauragais hills. Breakfast is delightful every morning. As always, the staff is welcoming and friendly.
Regarding our visit. Just passing through for 1 night. The welcome was very good. The room, a bit too many beds; 2 doubles and 1 single for just a couple (room 8). Well, after that, booking online and not by phone. Just one downside; the shower faucet coming out of the tile finished with silicone, a cover would have been nice and the shower head support is coming apart. Otherwise, clean bathrooms, towels and soap available 👍.
