A lovely hotel that readily accepts dogs. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent and of high quality. A big thank you to the chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Not worthy of the term "lodging." For those of us used to lodging, it was very disappointing. The bathroom lacks cleanliness (urine marks on the toilet seat uprights, yellowed and sometimes missing bathtub seals, limescale and rust behind the bathtub faucet, suspicious marks on the hairdryer, ventilation full of dust, radiator full of dust and dirty, missing tiles near the switch.... In addition, this "charming hotel" claims to participate in the "Etik" program but to use your voucher you must eat at the restaurant because it is not included in the price of the room or the breakfast... Beyond that, I was charged the amount of the room and breakfast a quarter of an hour before my arrival, which took away all chances of giving my voucher when paying for breakfast. My €15 voucher! expired, I had no other choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant to take advantage of it... It is unacceptable.... What a disappointment for us who had stayed there 4 years ago and where everything was perfect. I I guess this hotel has changed management and with it, the neglect has set in. They are probably taking advantage of the old image... Until when???? Let's not talk about the breakfast and the restaurant menu which has also gone downmarket...

Quiet, comfortable hotel with excellent bedding. Lovely view of the lake, swimming pool, bowling green, all for excellent value for money.

For an overnight stay I stayed in an annex building, a decent but old-fashioned room, small table, small TV, no air conditioning.

We only spent one night in this hotel, but it was really very good. A very good evening meal in very reasonable proportions, and it was very tasty! The room was also very nice. Well decorated, simple, and very clean! Excellent breakfast as well. And to top it all off, the setting is very, very nice with a view of the Pyrenees!

How can anyone give this hotel three stars? It's scandalous and calls into question the quality of your chain's evaluation. The rooms are dilapidated, with mold in the shower trays. The restaurant served a good cassoulet. The last one I was served was tasteless. The staff at this establishment is friendly, I want to point out. With the exception of the lady who is apparently the owner. It was the last time I went there. There are limits that should not be crossed. €125 for an overnight stay with two drinks, but without breakfast due to an early departure, and no goodwill gesture. It's a shame because it's well-located for working in Toulouse.

As always, a prime location. The inn is located high up with breathtaking views of the Lauragais hills. Breakfast is delightful every morning. As always, the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Regarding our visit. Just passing through for 1 night. The welcome was very good. The room, a bit too many beds; 2 doubles and 1 single for just a couple (room 8). Well, after that, booking online and not by phone. Just one downside; the shower faucet coming out of the tile finished with silicone, a cover would have been nice and the shower head support is coming apart. Otherwise, clean bathrooms, towels and soap available 👍.

Nice hotel, simple and slightly old-fashioned room (at least mine was in an annex building) but clean and quite comfortable. The bedding is good. In a professional setting it is very good. The restaurant is very good, and is worth the detour in itself. Efficient and pleasant service. The welcome is very good. The staff is very professional. Large, practical car park. Well-stocked breakfast with fairly good quality products. The only criticism I can make concerns the "emergency exit" block installed above the door of my room and whose strong lighting made it difficult for me to fall asleep because I like to be in complete darkness.

Comfortable rooms and very good dinner, hotel easy to access and well located because there is not much choice in the area. The premises could do with a refresh and especially to make them warmer, the large reception room and the corridors leading to the rooms are very cold.

Room a little old, lacking modernity

I have stayed at this establishment several times. And surprise, they are renovating their rooms which really needed it. So this time it was in a more welcoming setting that I was able to spend my night. A big thank you to room 27 👍🤣

Impossible dormir bruit des téléviseurs voisins. J ai appelé avec mon portable il ne répondent pas à l'accueil. La réponse levé vous et taper chez les voisins. À la limite un taudis. Les fenêtres pas étanches .bruit du vent l enfer. Ma pire nuit depuis des années. A éviter a tout prix

Too bad there was a party in the evening in the same place, music a bit loud and noisy people (festive for them!!!).

I have been stopping at this hotel restaurant for years now. I have never been disappointed. The staff takes great care of you. The restaurant staff, led by the chef, do everything they can to ensure that you leave the table heavier and more satisfied than before. Last night (November 10, 24) I was treated to a wonderful duck breast with a berry and honey sauce to die for! The dessert (apple en croûte) was also excellent. Honestly, I recommend this establishment twice rather than once!

Comfortable room and a very generous overnight stay.

Hello, the cleaning had clearly not been done for several days given the size of the sheep under the stools and the cobwebs at the top of the walls and under the beds. I am asthmatic and this subject is crucial. We killed 3 spiders whose bodies were more than 1 cm (I took a photo) and several small ones. Our daughter was terrified! Hotel that deserves a good renovation. Bed in 140 and ultra soft pillows. My husband however appreciated the bolsters, it is increasingly rare. On the other hand, the dinner was really excellent!

Always well received, the rooms are clean and the restaurant lets you discover regional specialties. Small downside on the rooms which could be a little more modern, but the setting, the swimming pool, the lake and the quality of the service and the staff make you come back.

This establishment seems to me mainly intended to accommodate groups. A little more monitoring in the general maintenance of the building and the swimming pool would be a plus. The table: very copious dishes.

Very warm welcome and service from all the hotel staff, a plus to the OWNER with whom we had very good contact. Excellent dinner with very good products and nothing to say about the continental breakfast. A little disappointed by the dilapidation of the establishment which could use a good HOME STAGING.....

upon arriving, a mixed reception then reservation for 2 people but I arrive alone after discussion I am made to pay 2 tourist taxes (0.44€ per person...) what a fortune!!! to finish leaving at 7 a.m. without breakfast because after 8 a.m.

Rooms very basic but made up for by quality of food and service

Hôtel calme avec parking. Bon accueil et service. Chambre, donnant sur jardin et piscine, propre mais qui nécessiterait des améliorations : oreillers à la place de traversin, descentes de lit, douche à la place de baignoire. Petit déjeuner correct mais manquant davantage de choix: yaourts autres que lait de vache, fruits complémentaires comme les bananes.

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.
La literie est confortable et propre, la chambre était suffisamment spacieuse pour y passer une nuit.
On aurait préféré les WC séparés et une douche avec une cloison rigide, sans rideau qui colle à la peau. Aussi, le flacon de savon du lavabo était vide.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, fruits, laitages, œufs, jambon. .. pains et viennoiseries divers. Seul le café expresso de la grande machine nous a déçu, bien trop dilué pour un expresso, aucune saveur.
Globalement, nous étions quand même très satisfaits de notre court passage dans cet hôtel.
A noter que la piscine était ouverte, avec quelques transats pour se détendre.
