VERY AVERAGE WELCOME. SUFFICIENT AND SELF-IMBUSIVE OWNERS. SCENE IN THE RESTAURANT. 2025 PRICES NOT RESPECTED. NO ACTION. BREAKFAST CALCULATED. NO FRESH BREAD. STRONGLY AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO QUESTION YOURSELF AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS... WE RECOMMEND THE LOGIS DES SOURCES DE LA NIVE. IT'S BETTER THERE IN EVERY WAY!! OR EVEN THE LOGIS DE BANCA! ST SYLVESTRE, REALLY AVOID.
Lovely hotel in the heart of the Aldudes chain, a very well-run family business. Lovely rooms, good cuisine featuring local produce. Impeccable service, with a special mention for Adèle and the owner's mother. A great place to return.

The hotel itself was stylishly decorated but was in a more remote location and mountainous area than we fully appreciated. Our evening meal in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive and efficient. We really struggled with the lack of A/C in the extreme heat and, despite keeping the net closed across the patio door as advised by Reception, there were lots of mosquitos in the room and we were badly bitten. My plug in mosquito deterrent had no effect against the pesky insects. We had to leave a day early as a result. people who don’t suffer from mosquito bites may have a much better experience!
