The hotel is pleasant in its layout with a warm restaurant/the room, very good bedding, thick, constant background noise coming from inside the building
There was a lot of matenance issues. Such as doors rubbing and not openind properly, extracter fans not swiching off, one in the room where the shower/bath was, and in the WC a separate room (weird).
A weak Wifi signal only available in the lobby, none in the room as per advert, so misselling issue (made worse by no roaming in area).
Very noicy and no sound proofing.
Very untidy and unmaintained.
Questionable hygiene (humidity and rot in the bathroom, stains on the floor...), general chaos especially in the courtyard, freshly received food not put in the fridge for more than 2 hours (crate of shrimps...).
Welcome by staff who do not speak French, table service with dirty dishes and barely warm, unappetizing meal
A nightmare. Clogged sink smell of sewer, switch not fixed, nothing works, rotten door. The staff, we thought we were in a movie. Rudeness of the staff, boss, let's not talk about it. Breakfast a scam, nothing to eat, disgusting bread. Do not go to this establishment.

The rooms are not clean, the TV does not work. The hotel is abandoned. The breakfast was empty, nothing left to eat, the birds come in to eat and do their droppings. The staff is not concerned or friendly. Very, very disappointing, I will never return and will not recommend it.
We arrived at this hotel on May 17, 2024 and found that the room door did not lock, there was dust on the nightstands, cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, a unclean and dilapidated bathroom and poor bedding. Following our complaint, we were relocated to another much better room but still had other problems. Poor water drainage in the shower and no seal on the door so the water was leaking onto the floor. We only had 2 towels, one was missing for the hands and one for the floor in front of the shower. There was a mini fridge but the inside was dirty. Another couple had the same mishap as us and also changed rooms. The staff is helpless and left to their own devices because the manager is not on site.
Disappointing Easter menu. The scallop puff pastry is poorly cooked pastry. The sea bass fillets looked like those of a sardine, and the accompaniment was not worthy of the price.
very good stay, very good service in the evening, very pleasant person, perfect Sunday morning breakfast, on the other hand the Monday morning breakfast was a disaster, no more bread, no more white ham, no more orange juice, no more cheese, no more water To cook the eggs, there is no one in the room: she is too busy chatting with her colleague at the bar. another point to review, the dirty parking lot with lots of waste and poorly maintained with cratered holes!!
Pleasant staff and rather pretty decor. My remarks apply to different rooms that I have occupied. There is a lack of furniture to place your belongings, especially in the bathroom areas. There are missing hooks and shelves. The lighting is too dark, we need more light if we need it. Especially I was cold in the morning, the heating did not turn on (room 8 especially), including in the bathroom. The curtains are not blackout enough, they let in too much light from the street at night. The sound insulation is a little insufficient too. On the restaurant side, for my taste, there is a lack of dishes other than fish or meat, and there should be light, fruity desserts (not just ice creams and cakes or creams). For breakfast, I would like wholemeal or country bread and oatmeal (but otherwise the buffet is good).
Evening stopover, very good To do again without hesitation!
The room is good but very poorly located facing the train and a light all night. No shutter is a shame for a room of this standard. Note that no channels were available on the television and that's a shame. For the rest everything was good.
I had previously written the review below, however my first opinion leaves room for great disappointment. I tried a room in the main building. For this second visit I found myself in room 20, clearly it stinks. The cleaning was clearly not done. A little spider's nest to spend the night next to me in the lampshade, really cute! In addition the prices have increased I add from my own pocket thinking of finding the hotel of my first visit but no in fact I would have been better received in a budget ibis. But what a magnificent discovery this evening, a very charming hotel-restaurant with clean and spacious rooms. As for the restaurant, a treat and all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely come back on my next trips to the region.

This 3-4 times I go to this hotel and I am always disappointed with the reception, each time, there are problems and untrained people. This is a shame because the food is good, the rooms are very good with excellent comfort.

Establishment without air conditioning near a railway line. As a result, it was very hot in the room and it was impossible to open the window due to the noise of the railway track. The TV remote in room 22 would not turn it on or off. You had to go to the television to do this. Lack of floor mats for exiting the bathtub. Result a towel carries the second being put on the ground. Too bad, otherwise we eat on the terrace to take advantage of the reflection and the lack of correction of the cooks (music, a little loud, discussion not always classy, etc.) It was my second stay in this establishment. Too bad, the first one went very well. Difficulties to have a room with a double bed despite a reservation providing for this. I called several times and had been informed that this was possible. When I arrived I had to go back to reception to change rooms because we were in a room with two single beds.
The building inside and out needs attention to bring it up. To a standard I would expect from Logis

The bed was comfortable, and the price was right when we booked. We thought the price included the buffet breakfast, but at checkout we were charged an additional 13 euros per person per day. We had numerous inconveniences: No washcloths or handtowels (we asked), no lightbulbs to replace those that were burnt out or those that flickered constantly when the lights were on (we asked), and the fan in the heater/ac unit didn’t function. We asked about WiFi, but were never able to connect to the WiFi network They gave us because it didn’t exist on our devices as a network to join. Still, the biggest issue we had was that my husband could not get into the large, stand-alone bathtub to bathe during our stay.
