Accueil froid .vous êtes reçu à un bar meme pas un bureau d accueil . De plus le responsable ne prend pas le temps de vous recevoir vous donnes les clés de votre chambre en vous montrant l arrière de l’auberge vous donnes un numéro de chambre vous dit c est a l’étage et débrouillez vous ..
En entrant dans la chambre on s aperçois que celle ci est petite mal agencé .on remarque de suite le problème de ménage avec des araignées plein le plafond sans compte les toiles tissées. Le lit en plein passage pas d accès correct pour allez à la fenêtre . Accès salle de bain gêné par le lit qui ce trouve dans le passage de la porte à l ouverture . Celle ci non parlons meme pas douche très étroite ferme par un vulgaire rideau en plastique un peu moisi et qui vous gêne Le lit de très mauvaise qualité beaucoup trop bas trop mou matelas vieux et non confortable . Pas de place pour posé les valises bureau avec une télé pose dessus qui prend énormément d espace . Trop bruyante ,on entend la chaudière la terrasse les clients accès chambres couloir idem on entend le passage des résidents. Tant de choses à dire ….Auberge ne méritant pas 3 étoiles loin de là et à faire contrôlé par les organismes rapidement

Chambre du rez-de-chaussée à ne pas prendre !
Odeur d'égout, le bruit du passage et de la terrasse. Fenetre donnant directement sur la terrasse à 1 mètre, où les gens mangent.
Sombre car un paravent cherche à "isolé "!?!?

Cet établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement pour la décoration mais vu les dernières circonstances sanitaires ce n’est peut-être pas à l’ordre du jour. Mais le personnel est aimable et nous avons fait un bon repas donc c’est le plus important.

Première expérience pour nous avec Logis et nous n’avons pas du tout aimé : Ce logis est indiqué en « hôtel essentiel », pourtant nous avons eu un accueil déplorable avec la remarque d’arriver en plein service et de déranger ! Mis à part la dame de ménage très sympathique, le personnel est froid et n’a aucune empathie pour ses clients. Aucun contact. La chambre 10 est sans charme, triste et offre une literie petite et peu confortable. La minuscule salle de bains offre une tout aussi minuscule douche avec la porte qui ne ferme pas et les toilettes collées au lavabo. Aucun charme, aucune déco, les joints un peu moisis. 3m2 maxi. La persienne de la chambre ne ferme pas bien. Mauvaise insonorisation. Nuit pas reposante ni agréable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est décevant pour un prix élevé (13€/personne) et nous a laissé pantois , certes les brioches et la viennoiserie (1 par personne) sont très bons, mais à l’heure du covid-19, nous avons été surpris de l’absence total d’hygiène : vous coupez la brioche avec le couteau que tout le monde touche, vous vous servez en confiture et nutella avec la cuillère que tout le monde touche, vous vous servez en café avec la même cafetière que chacun touche. Vous devez cuire vos œufs et votre lard avec les mêmes ustensiles que chacun touche. Vous devez presser vos oranges vous même. Aucun service, absolument aucun, même pour être placé. Personne ! Je voulais boire du thé, mais il n’y avait plus d’eau. J’ai voulu me rabattre sur la cafe, mais il n’y avait plus de lait. Et comme personne n’etait présent, et bien je n’ai rien eu. La salle de buffet est laide, sans charme et triste et vieillotte. Quelle mauvaise expérience pour un prix élevé, près de 130€ pour deux en étant déçu. Bref, je n’y retournerai pas.

Vraiment déçu de l’hôtel qui n’a de 3 étoiles que le titre. Chambre très petite, bruyante avec une ventilation extérieure. Salle de bain très vieille et très petite. Douche franchement en-dessous de tout (65 cm de large avec un vieux rideau). Petit déjeuner qui assure juste le minimum pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et où le personnel ne respecte pas les gestes barrière (toucher volontairement les clients en leur parlant !). Seuls points positifs, une bonne literie et un parking aisé.

Bon accueil et bon contact avec le personnel .Bon restaurant: Mais chambre exigue, salle de bain vetuste ( bac a douche d-utilisation peu facle : difficultes pour en sortir car sol arrondi et glissant ) .
