Passing through, we were looking for a hotel for one night and were charmed by the Domaine de Beaulieu. A very pleasant experience; the welcome, service, and food were excellent. Located in a peaceful, green setting with a beautiful view of the Gers countryside. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with very comfortable beds. The meals and breakfast were delicious, featuring fresh, high-quality products. We highly recommend this place.
I'm planning to celebrate my 60th birthday on May 9th, 2026, with 25 to 30 people, a DJ, a magician, and approximately 8 bedrooms. What is the corkage fee if I bring the champagne? Very warm welcome, the rooms are large but I liked some details less and it's probably a personal preference (stone floor, it's cold, large bed but really a double mattress so there's a separation in the middle)

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, and there's plenty of parking! I booked a set menu for an overnight stay and was very pleasantly surprised by the food; it was delicious, and I had a lovely time. Excellent value for money in every respect! I've finally found a great place to stay in Auch, and I'll definitely be back!

We opted for a package including a room, a visit to a wine producer, a meal at the restaurant, and breakfast. Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly, the room clean and pleasant with comfortable bedding. The location is quiet, and we slept very well. The visit to the partner wine producer was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. The five-course meal was delicious, and the chef's signature dish was simply extraordinary. The service was outstanding. It's always a pleasure to stay at your establishment, as the setting is so pleasant. I would like to draw your attention to the catering. We feel a young and pressured team. Having dined on Monday evening alone and Tuesday accompanied by 3 clients, I had the same dish (chicken supreme)? The mashed potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm when served, a remark I made at lunchtime.
Another very pleasant stay in the Domaine de Baulieu, the swimming pool was welcome in the hot weather, the room was perfect, the evening meal was plentiful and of good quality and with perfect service, the only downside was that breakfast had to be taken inside because of the wasps, which didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves, we will be back

We were able to privatize the estate for the weekend for our wedding. Everything was perfect, we felt like we were in a bubble with our families and friends.
