It's always a pleasure to stay at your establishment, as the setting is so pleasant. I would like to draw your attention to the catering. We feel a young and pressured team. Having dined on Monday evening alone and Tuesday accompanied by 3 clients, I had the same dish (chicken supreme)? The mashed potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm when served, a remark I made at lunchtime.
Another very pleasant stay in the Domaine de Baulieu, the swimming pool was welcome in the hot weather, the room was perfect, the evening meal was plentiful and of good quality and with perfect service, the only downside was that breakfast had to be taken inside because of the wasps, which didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves, we will be back

We were able to privatize the estate for the weekend for our wedding. Everything was perfect, we felt like we were in a bubble with our families and friends. It was an incredible discovery, my wife and I took a stay with a relaxation area, sauna and jacuzzi. All the services were up to our expectations, very welcoming and very smiling staff, always attentive to our needs, impeccable clean room. The swimming pool is a delight, perfect for relaxing, not to mention the decor which is a real haven of peace. The restaurant is a delight for the taste buds, everything was perfect, very good, well done to the chef for these achievements. We had a very good stay to do again soon and I highly recommend this area. Ps we loved meeting the little cat Gérard, very cute, a little cat with a very gourmet palate 🤣

We first visited the hotel eight years ago and were delighted to be able to return again. Although the complex has developed it has not lost its appeal. The location is excellent and provides a wonderful rural setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to provide vegetarian options on the menu. Looking forward to returning before 2032!

Wouldn't take the Valentines package again: rose petals shredded into a million pieces on the bed. Spent 10mins on my hands & knees cleaning up the mess. Whole rose petals are better! The 'gift' of a sample size shampoo, lotion & soap are expected as toiletries in a 4star hotel, not as a 'valentines gift'. No shower cap, cotton buds or phone in the room. Big problem with wifi & tv. Very disappointing for a 4star establishment. Restaurant: food was outstanding! Service was terrible! After one hour of waiting after arrival, I had to ask the waitress if she forgot about us as later arrivals got served before us. No apologies. Young staff need more training on not being rude to paying guests. We had to ask for everything: knives/forks, bread, more wine.

The menus in the Restaurant have too much milk and not much choice. No salads and no grilled meat. For older people we must consider that they have an intolerance against milk (not fermented). If you use crème fraîche or yogurt - it's less difficult.

Superb hotel, finally a real 4*. Two or three small details like the condition of the parking lot or the chicken wire on the wooden paths to prevent slipping. it's a shame. I appreciated the calm of the hotel, its setting, the decoration of the rooms and the bottles of water from the estate served in glass bottles in glass glasses, the softness of the water in the shower is rare in our days in hotels and finally the impeccable cleanliness of the room, something equally rare these days.
