Cancellation conditions : Cancellation Policy - Flexibility Based on Length of Stay At Hotel Wilson, we understand that your plans may change. That's why we have implemented flexible and tailored cancellation policies: - Stays of up to 3 nights: Free cancellation is possible until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of arrival. After this time, the full amount of the reserved services will be charged. - Stays of 4 to 8 nights: Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the arrival date. Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the reserved services will be charged. - Stays of more than 8 nights: Full payment for the stay is required 1 month before arrival. One free cancellation for a maximum of one room is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For all other cancellations, the full amount of the reserved services will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay, including all reserved services, will be charged. Dispute Mediation - A free service at your disposal. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, all customers may use the free mediation service offered by the Hotel Wilson.
