In order to guaranty your reservation we ask for your credit card number or a deposit to send directly to the hotel. It is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival. If a deposit is required, you have to send it within the requested delays in order for your reservation to be valid. Most part of our hotels accepts deposit payment by credit card. Please note that you will have to pay directly to the hotel for your entire stay.
- For a reservation guaranteed by credit card, cancellation without penalty up to 48h00 before the arrival date. Passed 48h00 the first night will be charged.
- Deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- In case of no-show, the first night will be the minimum charge. Some hotels will charge the entire stay during high season.
- To cancel your reservation, please use the Logis website: www.logishotels.com and click on : Modify a reservation. Your cancellation will be valid after you receive an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation.
- As mentioned by law #78-17 dated January 6th 1978 you have the right to access, to modify and to oppose to the data concerning yourself.
