Booking conditions : In order to guaranty your reservation we ask for your credit card number or a deposit to send directly to the hotel. It is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival.
- If a deposit is required, you have to send it within the requested delays in order for your reservation to be valid. Most part of our hotels accepts deposit payment by credit card. Please note that you will have to pay directly to the hotel for your entire stay.
Cancellation conditions : - In case of guarantee by credit card, the cancellation period is 48H00 before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the amount of 1 night will be debited.
- In case of guarantee by payment of a deposit, this deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
- In case of no-show, the minimum amount of 1 night will be debited. To cancel your reservation, please use the Logis website at: www.logishotels.com and click on : Modify a reservation. The cancellation of a reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation. In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you.
