Booking conditions : To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No amount will be deducted in advance, payment will be made on the spot. Please inform us of any late arrival.
All services will be subject to a record accessible by the Client on request at reservation@hotel-le-cours.com.
In accordance with Law 78-17 "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978 as amended, clients have the right to access, rectify and oppose the processing of personal data concerning them.
The Customer may also refuse the processing, request a limitation of the processing or ask for the deletion (within the limits of the legal retention periods) of personal data.
This right may be exercised by sending a written request to reservation@hotel-le-cours.com, which will respond to the requests made.
The purpose of the processing of the personal data collected corresponds to the obligations relating to the services carried out for the reservation as well as to the sending of commercial e-mails from contact@hotel-le-cours.com
Cancellation conditions : You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this time the first night will be charged.
