Booking conditions : In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card number or to pay a deposit directly to the hotel. It is kindly requested that you plan to arrive at the hotel before 18:00 and to inform the hotel owner in case of late arrival.
- For bookings subject to a deposit, please note that the reservation is subject to receipt of the deposit within the specified time limit. Payment is made in full on the spot by the customer to the hotel owner.
Cancellation conditions : In case of credit card guarantee, the cancellation deadline without charge is 48 hours before the arrival date. For a cancellation less than 48 hours, the total amount of the booked stay will be debited! - In case of guarantee by deposit, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. - In case of a no-show, the minimum amount of one night will be debited. To cancel your reservation, please use the Logis website: www.logishotels.com and click on : Modify a reservation. Cancellation of a reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation. In accordance with the provisions of the law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you.
