Booking conditions : * The credit card details provided during booking are used only to guarantee the reservation; the card will not be charged for the reservation amount.
* The total reservation amount will be charged upon check-in, except in the following cases:

? For stays of 6 to 9 nights, the first night will be charged upon booking.
? For stays of 10 nights or more, the first two nights will be charged upon booking.
High season (July and August):
? For stays of 1 to 5 nights, the first night will be charged upon booking.
? For stays of 6 to 9 nights, the first two nights will be charged upon booking.
? For stays of 10 nights or more, the first three nights will be charged upon booking.
* No fees will be charged for changes or cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
* If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the first night's stay will be charged for reservations of 3 nights or less. For reservations of more than 3 nights, the first two nights will be charged.
* In case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the credit card provided as a guarantee will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
* Any changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the guest to the hotel to comply with the above conditions.
