Advance payment : 100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
1. Reservation Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize (or prepay) your reservation using a credit card in accordance with our cancellation policy. The tourist tax is payable upon arrival.
2. Reservation Changes
Any changes to the initial reservation must be made in writing by the guest, followed by acceptance by the hotel.
3. Accommodation Occupancy
The hotel is free to refuse to accept guests whose attire is indecent or unkempt, or whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, or intoxicated, or contrary to good morals and public order. Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to identify themselves and their accompanying guests. Children are the sole responsibility of the guest.
The guest may not bring third parties into the accommodations who are not known to the hotel, except with the hotel's authorization. Likewise, the client may not rent accommodation for a number of people exceeding that permitted by current regulations.
4. Establishment under video surveillance in common areas
For the safety of property and people, the establishment is under video surveillance. Only in cases provided for by law do images be made available.
The parking lot and the establishment are under video surveillance; however, we are not responsible for any theft that may occur.
5. Arrival / Departure
Any stay started is due in full. No refunds will be issued.
Arrival
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the latest. Please notify us in case of late arrival (subject to written acceptance by the establishment and additional fees).
Departure
The accommodation rental ends no later than 10 a.m. (In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional night).
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €200 will cover any damage, theft, over-consumption, or a balance due for the stay. The deposit amount may be pre-authorized upon arrival on your credit card and will only be charged in the event of one of the reasons listed above (with supporting photos). The property may recover the security deposit within a maximum of 15 days after the tenant's departure.
In the event of damage or theft, the security deposit will be used to pay for any necessary repairs. If we are unable to re-let your accommodation due to disturbances (cigarette odor, damage, failure to comply with the check-out deadline, etc.), we will be obliged to charge you for the following night.
If the security deposit proves insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference upon receipt of supporting documents from the owner or their representative. If the tenant loses the keys to the rental property, the landlord or their representative will be required to have the lock cylinder replaced. The invoice will be paid by the tenant.
Bank checks are not accepted. All invoices must be settled on site. This is a non-smoking establishment. Pets are not allowed.

Beyond that, the fees charged will be progressive according to the cancellation period:
- 30 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Early departure results in billing for the full amount of the reservation and termination of the contract. No refunds can be requested.
Certain promotional rates booked online are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. They are also for immediate payment by credit card, upon reservation.
