1. Reservation Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization (or prepayment) by means of a credit card in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
For weekly stays (7 days): The total amount of the stay may be deducted within a period of less than thirty days (30 days) before the scheduled arrival (except reservations subject to special conditions, promotional rates, school holidays, weekends and public holidays). The tourist tax is payable on arrival.
For stays of less than a week (<7 days): The total amount of the stay may be debited within a period of less than seven days before the scheduled arrival (except reservations subject to special conditions, promotional rates, school holidays, weekends and days holidays). The tourist tax is payable on arrival.
2. Modification of reservation
Any modification to the initial reservation must be the subject of a written message from the customer, followed by acceptance by the establishment.
For weekly stays (7 days): this request cannot be made less than thirty days before the scheduled arrival.
For stays of less than a week (<7 days): this request cannot be made less than seven days before the scheduled arrival.
3. Room occupancy
The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and negligent, and whose behavior is noisy, incorrect, alcoholic, contrary to morality and public order. Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make known their identity and that of the people accompanying them. Children are the sole responsibility of the client.
The customer may not introduce into the room third parties not known to the hotelier, unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the customer cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.
4. Establishment under video surveillance in the common areas
For the safety of property and people, the establishment is placed under video surveillance.
Only the cases provided for by law authorize the provision of images.
The car park and the establishment are under video surveillance, however we are not held responsible for any theft that may take place.
5. Arrival / Departure
Any stay started is due in full. No refund will be made.
Arrival
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Please notify in case of late arrival (subject to written acceptance by the establishment).
Departure
The rental of the accommodation ends no later than 10 a.m. (in the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional night).
6. Deposit.
A security deposit of 200 will cover any damage, theft, overconsumption or a balance of the stay. The amount of the deposit can be pre-authorized on your arrival on your credit card and you will only be debited in the case of one of the reasons mentioned above (supporting photos). The establishment may intervene on this security deposit within a maximum period of 15 days after the departure of the tenant.
In the event of damage or theft, the security deposit will be used to pay for the repairs necessary for the restoration. Insofar as we could not re-let your accommodation in the event of nuisance (smell of cigarettes, damage, failure to respect the departure time limit, etc.), we would be obliged to invoice you for the following night.
If the security deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference on receipts provided by the owner or his representative. If the tenant loses the keys to the rented accommodation, the owner or his representative will be obliged to have the door cylinder changed. The invoice will be payable by the tenant.
Bank checks are not accepted. All invoices must be settled on site. Non-smoking establishment. Pets not allowed.
