The room is available from 15h on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation conditions : Please inform us in good time! If you arrive late or do not arrive at all or break off a booked hotel stay early, cancellation fees may be charged according to EU standards. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. In case of early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay by written declaration) the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 21 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 20 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price
- less than 8 days before the arrival date or no-show: 100 % of the agreed total price excluding breakfast.
In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and to pay 70 % of the agreed price for the remaining services agreed but not used.
These conditions are also valid during Corona. If our hotel has to close, there is no cancellation fee.
