  Any cancellation or modification must reach us 48 hours before arrival, after this period a no-show fee (no presentation of the customer) of the amount of the room services ordered will be charged, debited.
  In the event of multiple reservations (from 3 to 4 rooms) the free cancellation period is 7 days (from 5 rooms) the cancellation period is 10 days. After this period the amount of the first night is debited.
  We remind you that smoking is prohibited inside the establishment (rooms, windows, corridors)
  A flat rate of 320€ will be charged in the event of an infraction. Two smoking areas are available (hotel entrance and 1st floor patio.
  Picnics and drinks within the establishment (room, lounge, corridors, etc.) excluding drinks and restaurant menus are charged a corkage fee of €30
  In the event of loss of keys, badge or damage, the cost of the work and repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  In the event of damage and soiling, the cost of the cleaning and dry cleaning company's intervention will be automatically deducted and paid by the customer. Fixed price from €450 to €990 including tax
  Service quotes (seminars, meals, private room bookings, multiple bookings for more than 3 rooms) are to be paid in full, less the 30% deposit paid upon validation.
  Payment for services is made at the end of the stay, in the event of late payment a fixed compensation
