- A titre d'arrhes 30% du montant total du séjour indiqué à la réservation est débité sur la carte bancaire fournie lors de la réservation
- Une demande d'autorisation bancaire pourra être réalisée sur votre carte bancaire. Le montant ne pourra être supérieur au montant prévu sur votre confirmation.La demande d'autorisation nest pas un débit immédiat mais correspond à une réserve pour paiement ultérieur, autorisée par la banque du client, qui vient temporairement réduire le plafond de la carte bancaire utilisée pour garantir la possibilité du débit ultérieur. Dans certains cas, la demande d'autorisation peut toutefois apparaître comme un débit en attente sur le compte bancaire associé à la carte utilisée.
Les prix sont indiqués en Euros. La TVA est toujours comprise. Les prix indiqués ne comprennent que les prestations strictement mentionnées dans la réservation. Au prix mentionné dans la réservation seront ajoutées, lors de la facturation, les prestations complémentaires fournies par lhôtelier lors du séjour et, le cas échéant, la taxe de séjour.
Les prix applicables sont ceux en vigueur au jour de la réservation. Les hôteliers, professionnels indépendants, sont libres de faire varier leur prix à tout moment. Aussi, le prix affiché lors dune visite sur notre site internet nest valable que pour les commandes prises pendant la durée de son affichage. Seul le prix indiqué dans la confirmation de réservation est contractuel.
Cancellation conditions : - For accommodation services (reservation of rooms within an Establishment or other types of accommodation), the customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, and this in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be provided on a date or at a specific period.
- Regardless of the cancellation deadline, the deposit is not refundable.
- You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival. After this period the first night will be billed and debited to your bank card. The deposit paid is not deducted from this amount.
- In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking, less the deposit paid
- In the event of interruption of the service due to the customer (early departure for example), the entire agreed price will be collected.
- Cancellation of the reservation for a service can be made directly on the site via the ?Consult or cancel your reservation? section of the online reservation platform.
- Modification of the reservation of a service can be made directly with the Establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.
The case of force majeure
Force majeure means any event external to the parties which is both unpredictable and insurmountable and which prevents either the client or the hotelier from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract.
This is particularly the case in the event of a strike, insurrection, riot, prohibitions decreed by government or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the execution of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of the resulting costs.
Customers will in particular bear only the additional costs which may be incurred to enable the continuation of the trip, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
The deposit paid when booking the service will be retained and can be used as part of a new service within a maximum period of 18 months.
In the event of force majeure or another exceptional event which prevents the Service from being carried out and in particular from making the room of the Establishment reserved available to the Client, the Establishment may reserve the possibility of providing accommodation, totally or partially, for the Client. in an Establishment of equivalent category or carry out a Service of the same nature, subject to the Client's prior agreement.
