  For all reservations of 5 rooms or more, the following conditions will apply. All cancellations must be confirmed and justified by mail or email.
  Partial or total cancellations will incur penalties as follows:
  
  - Partial Cancellation
  Between 10 and 2 days prior to arrival, 10% of the nights may be canceled without penalty.
  In the event of additional cancellations, the invoice will be based on the revenue from reserved room nights, meals, and space rentals, less the accepted cancellation percentage.
  
  - Total Cancellation
  Total cancellation before 45 days: 30% booking fee
  From 45 days to 10 days prior: 60% booking fee
  From 10 days prior to arrival until no-show: 100% booking fee
