- Stay less than or equal to 2 nights: bank card number
- Stay longer than 2 nights: bank card number + 50% deposit
Cancellation conditions : Amount owed by the customer in the event of cancellation:
- Stay less than or equal to 2 nights:
100% of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours from the arrival date (before 4:00 p.m.).
- Stay longer than 2 nights or more than 2 rooms reserved the same evening:
100% of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days from the arrival date.
- No show at the hotel (No-Show):
100% of the total amount of the stay including all services purchased when booking.
