Booking conditions : To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to communicate us your number of bank card or to pay deposit (rising defined during the reservation according to the duration of your stay). It is kindly asked to plan an arrival to the hotel before 6:00 pm and to prevent the hotelkeeper in case of late arrival. - for the reservations submitted to a payment of deposit, it should be noted that the reservation stays subject to reception of the deposit within the time limits allowed. The regulation(payment) is made either by check, or by transfer.
Cancellation conditions : In case of guarantee by bank card, the deadline of free of charge cancellation is of 48 hours before the date of arrival. For a cancellation unless 48 hours, the amount of 1 night will be sold. - in case of guarantee by payment of deposit, these are not paid off in case of cancellation. - in case of no-show, the minimum night amount will be sold. To cancel your reservation, thank you for being willing to make it on the initial booking website. The cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming this one. According to the statutory provisions of no78-17 of January 6th, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition on the name specific data concerning you.
