Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the sole exception of guide or assistance dogs. Any violation will result in a minimum flat charge of €150.
Non-smoking property
The entire property is strictly non-smoking, including at windows, open doors, or window ledges. Any evidence or smell of tobacco will result in a minimum flat charge of €150.
Hygiene & persistent odors
Any situation requiring specific cleaning or treatment may result in additional charges.
Linen, equipment & property
Any missing or damaged items will be charged based on their replacement value.
Loss of key
Any key or key fob not returned will be charged a flat fee of €60.
Extras & consumption
All extras and consumptions during the stay may be charged to the room. In the event of departure without payment at reception, the property reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount to the credit card on file.
Departure & key return
Guests are required to check out at reception in order to settle the final bill and return the keys. Any departure without passing through reception will be considered a non-compliant departure.
Guarantee
Upon arrival, a €200 credit card pre-authorization will be requested.
It covers unpaid extras as well as any potential charges related to the stay.
The pre-authorization will be released after the room has been checked
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : Free cancellation up to 3 day(s) before the arrival date.
After this period, the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
