Booking conditions : To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. The price of the first night or 30% of the amount of the stay, if this is higher than the amount of the first night, will be charged. The balance of the payment will be made on site. Please notify the hotel of any late arrival.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the customer (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
Any stay started is due.
In the event of interruption of stay, the sum corresponding to the total price of the stay remains fully acquired by the owner. In the event of additional services not consumed, they will be reimbursed.
