Booking conditions : All unscheduled cancellations within 7 days will be charged the TOTAL amount of the stay and debited the agreed amount.
When booking, the hotelier pre-authorizes the bank card provided. This pre-authorization is canceled on the day of the customer's departure once the invoice for the stay has been paid.
When the customer arrives, he will be asked for an identity document as well as a bank card to prove his identity to the hotelier.
A pre-authorization on his credit card can be made on site and released on the day of departure.
The customer authorizes the hotelier to debit the bank card provided for any damage caused or for unpaid invoices. By this confirmation, the customer gives his consent and his agreement and will not be able to object to his bank.
The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Any room not vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure may give rise to the invoicing of an additional night. The capacity of our rooms are based on 2 people except for certain categories of rooms.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel this reservation in the event of REFUSAL OF PRE-AUTHORIZATION by the bank.
Cancellation must be made 5 days before the client's arrival free of charge.
