Problems with shutters that don't close, remote control for lights, bathroom and toilet not enclosed, you have to go outside to get breakfast
Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay. The welcome was friendly, the room comfortable, and the restaurant was of excellent quality 👏. A slight downside was the breakfast, which wasn't as good as the dinner, but was still decent. However, there was a big problem with the soundproofing: a group of guests (military personnel) were noisy until late at night, and again very early in the morning. It's a shame, because without this noise disturbance, the stay would have been perfect.
I am a regular at this hotel, they ask me for my ID card and credit card details, specifying that I did not have to go to reception at the end of the morning (11:30 a.m.) and even less to access the premises. A strong smell of mold in the room was reported upon my departure, but my contact was not interested at all. Generally speaking, I felt barely tolerated during my stay.
It's a shame to have to pay for the overnight stay upon arrival, which results in a separate bill for extras. I've never seen that before. Usually, payment is made the next day or in the evening after dinner to avoid unpaid bills. It's not possible to get a paper invoice, nor to credit ETIK points immediately.
