I want the money back in full. First got the wrong room. Booked a junior suite with a terrace and got it without a terrace. Apparently there is no such room. We heard all that for one night and didn't think it was that bad. The boss promised us 2 beers and it would have been good. But there were no drinks either. So I went again and bought something to drink!! Then in the room or suite "Bardolino". The term "hole" would be better... no warm water. Cold water was a brown broth! And the toilet didn't flush at all! Every cent is paid too much here!
