Average hotel Does not comply with Etik conditions

In its hey day this would have been a magnificent hotel.

Friendly reception with comfortable room and excellent shower.

This isn't our first time at this establishment (2003 - 6 days and 2009 - 4 days). We have excellent memories, but we think the establishment hasn't evolved or improved its former quality. You can definitely find better value for money.

good but lacks air conditioning in hot weather

The hotel has clearly seen better days. Staff do their best the whole place looks tired. New bathrooms though which shows signs of improvements.

Huge potential but small budget for management

Generally disappointed. I found the hotel staff were most concerned about taking my money, and had to seek clarification twice. Once about dinner location and breakfast location . The restaurant staff were more concerned with making everything perfect, rather than looking at customers and attending to their needs promptly. Breakfast felt hostile. No welcome, no explanation of things. Food was fine. However, to balance all that negativity, I did leave my computer in the wardrobe. The staff retained it and were most kind about it's return.

Beautiful place, warm welcome. Quiet and peaceful place.

Mediocre value for money. You can easily find much better options for a few more miles. Breakfast worthy of the best vacuum-packed products in a supermarket.

Not very clean Average catering

Very austere atmosphere despite the potential of this hotel, need to change the state of mind in my opinion.

Pleasant and competent staff, on the other hand the restaurant, the room, the reception very austere, decor needs to be reviewed from floor to ceiling, mattress that forms a basin so it must be aging, food ok but nothing more, in short very poor value for money

A friend recommended your channel to me, traveling a lot I booked at the Valandran estate (Salbris) great... On my return I booked at the Paris Bâle really not good, never again

Very attentive staff

Hello, We loved the restaurant for the good food, its picturesque charm and the very friendly staff. We liked the swimming pool but no buoy for the youngest or safety belt. On the other hand, in the room, we found spiders and moths on the ceiling that we had to remove ... the toilets a little dirty ... In addition, our room was above the front door, we were woken up by it late in the evening and in the morning. Very good breakfast but the welcome very cold and unsmiling ...

Disaster

Dark dinghy reception and very poorly lit staircase.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, accommodating as arrived at 23.45

Room was comfortable if plain. Reception was warm despite our late arrival. Nice to have option of good sized family room with 3 beds. Breakfast was tasty but some hot breakfast options would have been welcome.
