The welcome was very pleasant, the room was quiet and clean. A minor drawback was the bathroom door, which is a glass shower door and doesn't offer much privacy (the toilet is in the bathroom). Nothing too serious, though. The food was simple but of very good quality and excellent.

The owners are lovely. The location is unbeatable, the food is a 10/10, and the room is great.

My girlfriend and I travel a lot and we're used to staying in quite a few hotels all over the place, but this one is by far the best we've ever stayed in. It's a real gem, and we absolutely had to leave a review to say so! What makes all the difference here, and what impressed us the most, is the human touch. It's a family-run establishment, and absolutely everyone is incredibly kind. Whether it's the parents or their daughter, all three are super friendly and genuinely caring. As soon as you walk through the door, the welcome is so warm and sincere that you immediately forget the stress of the trip. We truly felt at home, like we were part of the family, from the very first moment of our stay. In addition to this perfect hospitality, the setting is absolutely stunning. The room offered an amazing panoramic view of the mountains, a magical spectacle from morning till night that we never tired of. To top it all off, the restaurant is absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic meal! The cuisine is generous and delicious; every single dish that arrived at the table smelled amazing, which definitely whetted our appetites, and it was an absolute delight! We will definitely be back with immense pleasure, that's for sure. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; you can go there with complete confidence for an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to the whole family for these wonderful moments!

The hotel was easy to find, and that's its only positive point! The welcome was extremely disappointing. The owner was absent for a good part of the afternoon and absolutely unfriendly. The room had outdated furniture, no air conditioning, the TV sound was blocked, there were no bin bags, a sheet as a blanket... and that's not all. For a room costing 90 euros a night, I'm sorry, this is unacceptable; you might as well have stayed in a budget hotel.

Everything was perfect

A very pleasant experience near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. A charming hotel with renovated rooms. A high-quality and varied dinner menu on the terrace overlooking the mountains. A generous breakfast. But above all, the friendliness of the staff, both in the dining room and the kitchen.

Welcoming, family-run establishment. We were offered half-board (dinner and breakfast) at a reasonable price, which was satisfactory. We suffered a bit from the heat due to the lack of air conditioning (just a ceiling fan), but it should be noted that we experienced one of the hottest days (42°C).

A fantastic stay, I'd love to repeat it. Remarkable view. Simple and genuine welcome. Good food both morning and evening. If I had to mention something: the pillows were really too soft. I'll definitely be back.

A beautiful, quiet hotel with a superb view of the Pyrenees. The owners take great care of their guests. They also manage the restaurant, where they also treat us to delicious dishes made with high-quality local produce.

If the hotel and especially the rooms are very good, clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offers a quality menu, the welcome by the manager was not very friendly and unpleasant... End of season fatigue?
