Restaurant U'Fredy la Clusaz

We were welcomed by a friendly team in a very pleasant setting. Our room lived up to our expectations. We enjoyed a delicious Savoyard fondue, and breakfast had everything we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this establishment, which appears to have been recently renovated.

From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and attentive, and the house is run with so much care and love. The food was excellent, and everything just felt perfect. The room was cozy, and I received fantastic tips for exploring the area. The location is absolutely dreamy, and it was wonderful to stay with you.

A very warm welcome from the owners, who were both professional and friendly. The hotel is situated in an alpine setting that seems to reach for the stars, with wonderfully pure air (even more so when you arrive from the city). Lovely terrace. The hotel is pet-friendly. The beautifully decorated room ensures a restful sleep thanks to excellent bedding and incredibly soft sheets (I particularly appreciated this level of quality, which I've never experienced elsewhere). The cleanliness is exemplary.

Excellent stay at U'Fredy. The hotel is located 5 minutes from La Clusaz, offering peace and quiet while remaining close to all the resort's activities. A very warm welcome from the entire team, who went out of their way to make our stay easy. My two children, aged 5 years and 4 months, were very well looked after, and my eldest felt right at home. The restaurant is very good; we initially thought of returning to the resort, but the enticing aroma of the smoker convinced us to stay, and it was a real treat. The breakfast is also excellent.

We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. They were always attentive and responded very well to our various requests. The meals were generous and prepared with high-quality, local products. The hotel is located at the foot of the hiking trails and ski lifts. Free shuttles to La Clusaz stop right in front of the hotel.

We stayed for five nights at the beginning of July. The hosts (who took over the hotel a few months ago) are extremely kind, attentive, and flexible. You can drop by the terrace at any time of day for a drink, dessert, or a charcuterie board; they are always available (and it's delicious!). The nights are incredibly quiet, just what we love about the mountains. Hiking trails start directly from the hotel, and the free shuttle buses that serve the Col des Aravis and the center of La Clusaz stop just a few meters away—it's ideal; we hardly had to move the car. A dream stay; we recommend it 100%! The hotel (we were in a room with a balcony...superb!) and the restaurant are absolutely spotless!
