Location is very good - walking distance to amenities and attractions
Our room was in a separate building to the hotel and was very dated and we were disappointed not to be in the main building.

Loyal customers since 2008, we love staying at this establishment which hasn't aged a day. The hotel has certainly remained in its original state, but that's what makes it charming. The bedding is very comfortable. However, the only small downside is that there isn't enough space to hang up towels when the room is occupied by 2 people. The breakfast is generous, but it's a shame that there are no more fresh eggs. Its location, close to the castle, is a definite plus. The entire team is friendly and attentive to the needs of its guests. Looking forward to next year for another stay!

The hotel is somewhat dated but more than adequate. My room was next to the breakfast room, so the noise from chairs and other things was annoying. The soundproofing was very average.

The manager of this hotel is to be avoided. This person wants us to pay for breakfasts that we never had. I did not pay for them because I did not have them. No apology from her for this error by her waitress because a customer gave the room number which is not his and ours. The least we can do is an excuse and not a recommendation to go find another hotel because we are not happy. I have never seen this in 35 years of traveling, I am a salesperson.
We regret your dissatisfaction and would like to objectively reiterate the facts.
A breakfast charge was mistakenly recorded on your room due to confusion caused by another guest providing your number. As soon as you disputed this charge, it was not applied. You were never charged for any uneaten breakfast, and there was never any attempt to force you to pay.
We took the time to listen to you and clarify the situation on site. You fail to mention that during each of your stays, complaints are made, sometimes aggressively, towards our staff.
We place great importance on hospitality and mutual respect. We regret that our establishment clearly does not meet your expectations, and it is indeed preferable, under these conditions, to direct you to a hotel that suits you better.

For a stopover on the Scandibérique route, it was good. We were on bikes and the greenway passes very close. Possibility of bike storage. We stayed in the annex. Of course, it is quite close to the road and the room is simple, the air conditioning is only a fan and the bathroom is dated. But the bedding is decent, shutters and good water pressure. Breakfast is served in a room overlooking the castle and is very complete and plentiful. The price is very reasonable. It is not luxury but the location is perfect, allowing us to walk to the center of Sully and set off by bike directly. A stop that corresponded to our budget and our priority cycling!

The setting is very good, the welcome too, but the disappointment comes from the quality of the room. Peeling paint, cobwebs everywhere, the shower reminds me of those we find at Brico Dépôt in terms of quality and certain materials such as the towel rack, to name just this one, is pink and plastic like in a certain era!! I find this a shame because the name and the setting of this establishment deserve, in my opinion, more quality in the choice of materials and maintenance.

25-day stay in a generally decent hotel. However, I wouldn't recommend the staff. Fortunately, there was a young man, Jeremy, and a few other people, but otherwise, the other half was completely unpolite, completely unfamiliar with hotel management, etc.

You claim that "the other half" of our team has "no knowledge of hotel management." Interesting... Do you happen to have a long career in hotel management to judge this? If not, we invite you to leave this field to those who dedicate their professionalism to it every day, and who are recognized by the vast majority of our clients.

We were cycling the Loire a Velo cycle route and this hotel offers safe bicycle storage. Friendly staff allowed us to store our bikes even though we were too early for check in. The hotel has a restaurant which we used and enjoyed a very nice meal.

The quality of the wifi is not there (in the annexes), forced to share my phone connection. Also, the principle of electric charging is not good for everyone. Charging is offered by the hotel at a rate of €7 per hour (not per charge but per hour). In my case, with a plug-in hybrid vehicle, charging at a maximum of 7.5kw/h, I need 3 hours to recharge my battery for 70km of autonomy, or €21 (twice as expensive as elsewhere). On the other hand, the welcome is good, the food is ok, the bedding is good, the parking is huge and the place is quiet. There is even a bowling/billiards right next door for the most motivated.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews that worried me, but I booked this hotel following another reservation made by a member of my family whom we were joining. It's certainly not a charming hotel, but the staff were welcoming, available to accommodate our electric bikes in a secure place, the breakfast was perfect, varied and good. The room was clean.

Hello, We were there for a wedding ... So we do not question your welcome on arrival or your rooms for that matter. But we do question it and we will not let it pass at this price it is shameful. In the morning already your team this Sunday no politeness and not a smile it is 9:15 we head towards the breakfast which you charge 14 euros 50 per person ... Nothing left and the buffet almost empty (no butter more or very little jam and 2 croissants not even fruit juice and a few pieces of bread.) you sold me your breakfasts as exceptional especially at this price, and I am ashamed in front of my wedding guests who left with empty stomachs .... So I will come and see you because I am from Sully. My family and friends should have crossed the bridge at this price.

The hotel is very well located along the Loire and opposite the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, accessible on foot. The staff is very friendly. The room is comfortable, but unfortunately there was dust on the blanket of one of the beds. Breakfast is nice when it is complete, which was not the case when I went there at 9 a.m., there were no more sausages, a little orange juice, no apple juice... And people who came even later had no more croissants either... It should be restocked until the end, that is 10 a.m.

Ich war im Zimmer 7, und da waren 3 Sachen die mir und Freund gestört haben. 1/ es sind keine Nachttischen und Lampen. Auch bei der Dusche, das innere ist sehr Rutschig sowie beim Äusseren lässt es ein wenig zu Wünschen (Morgen Türrahmen) sowie Sauberkeit zwischen der Dusche und der Mauer. It's a shame to arrive at a hotel without heating in the room or bathroom when the outside temperatures are quite low. While the choice offered at breakfast was perfect, I found it a shame to have lukewarm coffee in thermoses.

Comment définissez-vous un accueil pénible ? Le fait que nous vous demandions l'heure du petit-déjeuner ? Une adresse mail ? Un numéro de carte bancaire ?
Vous avez initialement réservé une chambre économique dans notre bâtiment annexe situé à 50 mètres de la réception face au rond-point en direction d'Orléans.
Nous vous avons offert un sur classement pour une chambre supérieure dans notre bâtiment principal vous offrant une vue panoramique sur la Loire et le château de Sully sur Loire.
Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez refusé de communiquer une garantie bancaire, procédure qui est obligatoire comme indiqué sur les conditions de voyage pour les clients expedia & hotel.com.
Malgré votre refus nous vous avons exempté de cette obligation.
Après votre départ, notre service d'étage s'est rendu dans la chambre 106, chambre dans laquelle vous avez séjourné et nous avons constaté que vous avez jeté dans la poubelle de votre chambre tous les produits d'accueil à l'effigie de Logis Hôtels (bloc note, crayon, porte télécommande, etc ...)
Marque que vous salissez en agissant d'une telle manière, peut-être dû à une ancienne relation passée avec Logis Hôtels que vous avez mal digéré ?
Toutefois, nous tenons a souligner que les cosmétiques Logis Hôtels ont dû égayer votre séjour et vous mettre du baume au cœur puisque vous êtes partit avec.

This was my 4th or 5th visit and it's still great. The welcome is very friendly and the people are there to listen to you. Special mention for the breakfast, very well stocked, with a view of the castle.

The rooms in the annex are not up to the standard of the hotel rooms: dilapidated, damaged walls, aging shower/bathtub equipment, lighting in the common areas that does not work.
