Very well received. Comfortable and quiet hotel.
Room was stuffy and only one ineffective fan. No toilet paper or soap in bathroom. Restaurant closed - only informed on day of stay and resulted in 30km drive for dinner
A beautiful furnished terrace, garden side; a surprising menu
Very bad welcome, I waited half an hour outside for someone to let me into the hotel. Very bad restaurant, tough and bad meat, inedible. Expired yogurts at breakfast.

We tried to call you throughout the day to find out your arrival time so that we could adapt the best reception method but you did not deign to respond, moreover you even said I the site I have no business responding to you!!!
As for breakfast, there was indeed an oversight on the yogurts which had passed the date by 2 days, a date which was a DLUO (Best before date)
The decoration of the room and the restaurant was more than you expected? We have high-end furniture and products for the price charged.
For the restaurant you ate a menu that you were not even charged for, indeed on the batch of lamb chops the quality was not necessarily always there but we reported it to the supplier.
The room apparently did not satisfy you, the bedding was average, for your information you slept in our most luxurious room with bedding from the Cofel group (Bultex which is installed in 5-star Barrière hotels with a 180 x 200 bed!!!
So bad faith...

The owner is very friendly. We were alone in the hotel and he upgraded us. The 6-bed room is very suitable for families. The hotel has undergone a good renovation. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Very pleasant breakfast with fresh bread and very good pastries - breakfast price (€12) a little high for children. Very good bedding

A very nice weekend spent in Sarthe thanks to a superb welcome at the hotel and the restaurant. A beautiful setting, a pretty room, the comfort of home! even if the little cat appreciated it :-) Another big thank you for the meal tray as beautiful as it was good! Thank you very much for this welcome and for your kindness.
The welcome was warm, but, from a very personal point of view, I find that the minimum arrival time is a little late: 5 p.m.,. If I dared, I would add that the disinfectant used before my arrival had a strong odor; but I was not bothered more than that. Kind regards, JPE

Cozy and comfortable
Good hotel for our overnight stop over on a long journey. Very good sized family room with comfy beds although it was a VERY warm and humid night.
This is really a very good hotel. Kitchen is great.
Beautiful establishment, comfortable and clean room. Quality bedding. The only surprising point for us was the reception from 5 p.m. without the possibility of an earlier check-in, which forced us to prepare at the location of the wedding ceremony to which we were invited and also to leave the venue. festivities to collect our room key. This gave us an anecdote to tell our friends all the same.
Charming hotel, tastefully decorated, quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, quality restaurant, in summary I recommend 200%.
