We were in an accessible room with a very low sink and a shower curtain. The room was spartan. We had reserved a standard room via booking. The balcony of the room overlooked a central wind tunnel which made noise on one side and the breakfast terrace on the other. This choice is very surprising when we noticed the next day that there were many empty rooms. In addition our reservation was from February. As a result we will go to other hotels around next time.

Overall very decent hotel with 2 downsides: _ The rooms opening onto the restaurant terrace are very noisy; you can hear people talking even with closed windows and when it comes to groups or very noisy people it's really annoying, especially when it's already after 11 p.m.... _ WIFI: impossible to connect when I arrived: no possibility to obtain an IP address, probably due to too many connections. The WIFI worked very well the next day...when the hotel was empty.

Good hotel with spa and jacuzzi. Excellent restaurant on site. Some shortcomings such as hooks and storage and space in the bathroom. The balcony boards appeared to be in poor condition.

A good stay in this quality hotel. The very positive points: - pleasant natural setting with large magnificent trees! - welcoming, smiling, friendly and efficient staff - very good on-site restaurant where we had the pleasure of having our dinner - quiet environment with trees - pleasant room under the roof with lots of high ceilings and a view of the countryside in the distance - the very practical soap dispenser, shower gel, shampoo - access to the unlimited SPA included in the overnight stay Points to improve / our personal experience: - cleanliness of our sink in our bathroom - pillows a little too thick for us - outdoor swimming pool indicated as "heated" from May on the website, but ultimately we were told that it was not heated when we arrived on May 18th. And indeed she was very cold. - A very warm and pleasant outdoor jacuzzi but too small given the number of customers present - The very slippery tiling of the entire interior space of the SPA - Breakfast at 16€, too expensive for us given the dishes offered. At this price we would have expected, for example: hot scrambled eggs already prepared, pancakes and/or crepes, cooked chicken, vegetable omelettes, or even a larger choice of infusions (without theine). Fortunately for us who liked to eat salty and sweet foods, we were able to make soft-boiled eggs.

The welcome was non-existent: no one on arrival (which was expected and normal because the establishment is closed on Sunday evening but in the morning we did not see any staff at breakfast. The person who prepares stays in the room next door without coming to greet the customers. Very impersonal therefore. The room was very good and the breakfast was no surprise but definitely good to try during the week and in season.

We had a good stay in a pleasant and quiet setting. Modern and very well equipped room. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast very varied and good. We recommend!

Disappointed by the SPA equipment (you have to go outside in a bathrobe, pleasant in summer but not cool in March especially when it rains), jacuzzi closed and broken, the sauna 4 people max and Hammam 4 people max not in service at the time of arriving at the Spa (what a shame!!!!) the hotel was not full so access to the 2 activities was easy. Good for the swimming pool it was normal not in service it was not the season. Otherwise the place is nice and very pretty in the countryside, the catering is top notch as well as the service, the staff pleasant and attentive. Reservation in a superior room with “good” and comfortable dinner, no wifi connection!!!! In short, we will say that the catering somewhat makes up for the disappointment of the SPA. LIMITED VALUE FOR MONEY FOR US (€300 per night)

A suggestion for the restaurant. Add a more conventional dish to the menu. This is frequently sought after for those who have ridden a lot. Then for those arriving in foggy weather, indicate access with 'fluorescent' signs.

A nice stay. Pleasant, quiet area. The room is not spacious but it is tastefully decorated, the bathroom is small but well appointed. A magnifying mirror is missing to be perfect.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Considering the price, the choice was not enormous and it is surprising in a spa hotel not to benefit from an offer of hot dishes (omellettes & bacon). The decoration of the room is also a little spartan. On the other hand, very good restaurant with attentive staff.

The restaurant is closed on Monday evening but you are entitled to a quality meal tray. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Access to the SPA is easy, even if I did not have the opportunity to take advantage of it

No availability at the restaurant even though you were a guest for accommodation. Although we make you reserve a specific time for breakfast we had to have it at the bar since the room was full, no more cups or dishes for jam , a defective coffee machine.,…

For a 3-star hotel, frankly very disappointed, no soap to wash your hands, you had to ask for it, shower gel cap forgotten in the shower, apparent holes in the toilet next to the toilet paper sink, elevator that does a lot noise, the roller shutters also when the bedroom below them opens, the price of breakfast does not need them, correct lunch certainly but not at 15 €, the sockets are below the bedside tables not practical at all , frankly quite disappointed.

As usual excellent stay both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Only small downside: the very modern room was just above the restaurant terrace and in summer it is necessarily a bit noisy.

Dinner was excellent - but we paid cash for our dinner and then in the morning it had been added on to our bill. Fortunately we spotted the problem - but refund was not processed the next day as promised - yet to receive. Other than that, very nice.

Very pleasant stay in this well-equipped and comfortable hotel, in a quiet area. The swimming pool was very appreciated, with the loan of towels, bathrobes. Extra breakfast, varied, with local products. In the restaurant, the dishes are hearty and good (special mention for the monkfish and the flan tart). The children's menu is of good quality. I highly recommend this hotel. Note that regarding the registration of loyalty points, it would be good for the person at the reception to ask us if we have a loyalty card number to be able to benefit from points linked to consumption and meals in restaurants, it is a shame because I didn't think of it.

The opening hours of the spa should be extended I couldn't even take advantage of it we arrived around 6:45 p.m. two people were in the jacuzzi and obviously didn't want to get out of it it closes at 30 p.m. time to settle in the room and the meal after it was limited and in the morning opening at 9am we had already left

Hotel SPA very well located and quiet. Correct SPA facilities but sauna not hot enough for our taste. (it would take 70 ° C at least).

Don't change anything, everything is perfect. We really appreciated the quiet location, the beautiful decor, the pleasant and efficient welcome, and the very clean Spa. But above all, don't miss the restaurant: the dinner was fabulous with high quality local products and good wine advice; breakfast at the same level.

Satisfied with the stay. A regret for the closing of the restaurant on Sunday evening and Monday noon as well as the toilet behind the bathroom door. Not very practical.

Our package booked included drinks on arrival or before dinner which were not offered. We did go to the bar but were charged for drinks. The Nespresso machine used two pods without dispensing a drink and then we were charged for replacement pods. The shower head in the room en-suite faied to operate properly which we reported upon departure. As for value for money, if I had booked the room upon arrival at the advertised rate and then paid for Breakfast and the dinner package offered it would have been cheaper. The service, the food and the hotel were lovely. Shame about the other bits. As regular travellers through France to the Alps we probab;y woul;d think twice about using this lovely hotel beacuse of these issues.

It's a pity that the outdoor jacuzzi smelled too much of chlorine and that many customers go there during the same time slot. It should be free, it's appreciable, but give 15-minute slices (reservation) at reception for those who want to go there for each of the activities.... this would prevent some customers from lingering there and that others cannot access it. Concerning the mini bar in the rooms, a display mentioning that any consumption of what is there is invoiced in addition, because nothing is indicated and one would think that what is there is free and that it is not are only the additional consumptions that are chargeable. Regarding the bathroom, a window or a shower curtain would be necessary so as not to flood the room. The terrace outside at bedroom level is great for relaxing, very appreciable, the staff is welcoming and provides good information to customers. The Hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful setting.

I remain SATISFIED despite my request to have a Shower and NOT a Shower Bath. Indeed, when I registered, I had specified my desire to have a Shower, but what's the point...

What to say when everything is perfect

Superb hotel, SWIMMING POOL, SPA, beautiful landscape, friendly staff (reception, breakfast...) I would say that the meals in the restaurant are excellent, but the service is very slow!!! I stayed almost 1h30 to eat 1 dish and 1 dessert. (when you are alone at the table, the time is very very long). Too bad because there were not many people in the hotel restaurant.

Magnificent setting in the middle of the trees...quiet, rejuvenating and very clean. The hotel has taken a facelift, very successful... The staff is friendly, with a special mention for the team of young waiters in the restaurant (Tuesday evening) really top...!!! And of course, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam really appreciable for a moment of relaxation.

Really enjoyed our stay in this quaint hotel. The hotel room was bright, spacious and clean. The decoration was tasteful. The pool area was well kept with plenty of spaces for residents. The only issue was the hotel bathroom shower. The shower head was poorly positioned and water went everywhere while taking a shower. Shower is Not fit for purpose and should be addressed.
