A warm welcome was also extended to our dog, who was also able to accompany us to the restaurant! The restaurant: in a word, superb! The quality of the meals, the tastes, the service - magnificent!

No reception on Sunday afternoon and no way to reach someone following a problem with the reservation!! For services everything is closed on Sunday afternoon but the price remains the same!!

Flawless! Couple celebrating an anniversary. Everything was perfect. Ideal temperature (nicely hot) for the outdoor jacuzzi. The same goes for the sauna and the much-loved steam room. The restaurant was delicious with a dessert to die for for those with a sweet tooth. Beautiful and large, very clean room in a quiet location. Congratulations also for the generous breakfast. We highly recommend it.

A lovely 3-day stopover in the Jura region. I really enjoyed the location, the breakfasts, the pool, and the spa. Dinner one evening at the restaurant was truly excellent! I highly recommend it!

Great address

Wonderful stay in this establishment that lives up to its name. An enchanted interlude of happiness. Located in a green park, the place is calm and peaceful. You feel good there. Swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, hammam and sauna are available. The two little barmaids are efficient and very friendly. And what about the restaurant, the waitresses and waiters are top notch with their class, their kindness, their professionalism. The food is excellent, especially the starters and desserts. The half-board at €49 (breakfast and dinner) is decent considering the quality of the dishes served. The only downside to this stay is the air conditioning, which is not powerful enough during this period of intense heat.

A very nice hotel with a family atmosphere nestled in a small green setting. The swimming pool and the SPA are a plus. A smiling team always attentive. A good restaurant to discover.

Deluxe room with private jacuzzi on the private terrace, truly perfect! The water was clean and hot. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Plenty of towels. The room is very spacious, the shower room too, nice harmonious decoration. The environment is calm and wooded. The staff is attentive and professional. The small drawbacks: the toilet in the shower room, it's still nicer that it's separate. And the pillows, not very big but much too thick. My neck hurt the next day. But the feeling remains very positive. I think we will come back in winter, because there is a spa.

Everything was perfect. Room, restaurant, pool and spa area, surroundings (many bike rides from the hotel). Special mention to the young woman who served us in the restaurant (head waiter?): her smile and welcome were very pleasant and her advice during our second meal was perfect, she was able to guide us and knows her products. Beautiful, quiet establishment. Comfortable and well-equipped room (large storage closet, TV, desk, fridge, safe), excellent bedding. Pleasant pool with jacuzzi and spa (hammam, sauna) small but more than adequate. Decent buffet breakfast, quality products. Friendly staff. One criticism: refilling the coffee/tea available in the room is chargeable! Petty, right? When you stay several nights, this should be done daily.

Nice hotel, well located near Lons. Too bad the trash in our room hadn't been emptied (various packaging, banana peel and cigarette butts) and as a result the room stank of cold tobacco and the table had coffee or tea stains... Lack of welcome products in the bathroom compared to the standard (3 stars) and the price of the room.

Nicely situated in a parc, the hotel shows a warm and Friendly atmosphere. Good rooms, excellent restaurant! The only deception was the breakfast, rarely have I seen such a sad breakfastroom and presentation of food. It reminded me of my time in military service.

We came to spend 5 nights in this hotel. We found a warm and friendly welcome, spacious standard rooms with a pleasant balcony that we enjoyed with a view of the swimming pool for one of the rooms and a view of the village rooftops and the hills for the other. We also appreciated the Spa that we also used after our walks around. The park and its large trees, the chirping of the birds and the calm did us a lot of good.

Renovation work, or even a general overhaul, should be undertaken in the standard rooms. On the other hand, the staff is very kind and friendly.

Friendly place but expensive for the services offered. The place is aging. For €200, drinks (sparkling water, still water, and orange juice) from the minibar are not included and are exorbitantly priced (€4). The bathroom needs a serious refresh, and the bedroom mattress is disgusting and stained with blood. Dirty glasses. Cobwebs above the bed. Broken skylight blackout curtain.

Some minor finishing touches need to be reviewed. The gluten-free bread at breakfast is not of excellent quality.

Mein Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen: Holzelemente, warme Farben and original Form mit Dachschrägen and Schiebetür, dazu der Balkon mit Blick über Dorf und Landschaft. Die Lage umgeben von Wald, Wiesen und Weinbergen in herrlicher Ruhe, dazu gut angebunden. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! The food with fresh brot and other buffets is the best alternative to milk products with margarine or other ingredients.

Just perfect, the staff, the room, the spa and the gourmet restaurant. We were able to taste the Saint Jacques menu...que buono 👍

Très bel hôtel et équipe hyper pro (hôtel ET resto). Réservez directement sur le site de l'hôtel plutôt que sur Expédia. Un point d'attention en termes d'accessibilité : ne comptez pas sur les taxis du coin pour vous emmener rapidement de la gare SNCF à l'hôtel (ou réservez à l'avance). Ca m'a pris 45 mn pour en avoir un à 19h00 (merci au taxi Les Petits Potes sur qui vous pourrez compter).

Lamentable. Dirty carpet, balcony overlooking the houses and the breakfast terrace, deplorable bathroom, barely warm water, things broken or in need of replacement, expensive breakfast, shower to access the pool that leaks, pool ladder that no longer holds anything, pool not cleaned, staff who do not offer solutions or who do not know what to do, hotel left in its original state.

Lovely reception staff. We arrived early and the Spa was accessible to us. Thank you Quality meal with regional specialties.

A moment of happiness and well-being in this establishment that bears its name well, we had taken the room with jacuzzi bath it was fabulous, a special mention for the chef of the restaurant who treated us from start to finish the 2 evenings. The staff at the top also.

Beautiful relaxing place, well-equipped hotel with swimming pool, sauna, spa, ... good bedding, and pleasant restaurant with quality homemade products, and very pleasant service. Small downside, the whirlpool bath did not work!

Before our arrival at the hotel, we had a call to find out if we wanted to eat at the restaurant. We appreciated this request, we answered that we were arriving in the evening. 1 hour later we arrived to check in and were asked again if we wanted to eat that same evening. Again we refused and were given a second rest for the next day. My husband told the receptionist (very smiling) that we had only just arrived at the hotel and we didn't even know what we were going to do during our stay. Same thing again, we were offered the same thing for breakfast, certainly due to a lack of staff in the dining room. Then when we arrived in the room, which is supposedly comfort No. 5, we noticed on the bedspread: hair, stains. We asked the young receptionist to confirm what we said. And we opened the bed in front of the receptionist, up to the bed sheet, we found yellowish traces, black spots, not washed for a long time. We called the manager and his response to my husband "THIS NEVER HAPPENS" his response is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition in the bathroom: traces of purple shampoo, the shower push button broken, the shower head broken, the bay window does not close and to finish the parasol of the terrace of the swimming pool broken ..... very disappointing. We paid a large sum of 708 euros for 3 nights, including breakfast, pet supplement and one evening a meal at the restaurant, because of the infrastructure.

We had to cut our stay short due to a health issue. The hotelier only charged us the rate corresponding to the actual length of our stay. This is a rare enough occurrence to be noted (especially for the weekend of August 15!). I will return to this hotel as soon as the opportunity arises and will not fail to encourage others to go there.

Je suis ravie de mon séjour assez court au logis parenthese. L’accueil et le service sont impeccables tant pour la réception que pour le restaurant. Je suis venue avec mon jeune Golden Retriever qui a également été très bien accueilli. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. L’hôtel se trouve dans un écrin de verdure magnifique et j’ai pu promener mon chien dans les sentiers pres des champs juste a coté.

Hotel that deserves to be refreshed. It remains pleasant despite everything. Lack of electrical outlets in the room, the electrical part needs to be completely reviewed. The price of breakfast is a bit excessive. The bathroom needs to be reviewed, shower door missing, toilet difficult to access behind the bathroom door.

We were in an accessible room with a very low sink and a shower curtain. The room was spartan. We had reserved a standard room via booking. The balcony of the room overlooked a central wind tunnel which made noise on one side and the breakfast terrace on the other. This choice is very surprising when we noticed the next day that there were many empty rooms. In addition our reservation was from February. As a result we will go to other hotels around next time.

Overall very decent hotel with 2 downsides: _ The rooms opening onto the restaurant terrace are very noisy; you can hear people talking even with closed windows and when it comes to groups or very noisy people it's really annoying, especially when it's already after 11 p.m.... _ WIFI: impossible to connect when I arrived: no possibility to obtain an IP address, probably due to too many connections. The WIFI worked very well the next day...when the hotel was empty.

The very positive points: - pleasant natural setting with large magnificent trees! - welcoming, smiling, friendly and efficient staff - very good on-site restaurant where we had the pleasure of having our dinner - quiet environment with trees - pleasant room under the roof with lots of high ceilings and a view of the countryside in the distance - the very practical soap dispenser, shower gel, shampoo - access to the unlimited SPA included in the overnight stay Points to improve / our personal experience: - cleanliness of our sink in our bathroom - pillows a little too thick for us - outdoor swimming pool indicated as "heated" from May on the website, but ultimately we were told that it was not heated when we arrived on May 18th. And indeed she was very cold. - A very warm and pleasant outdoor jacuzzi but too small given the number of customers present - The very slippery tiling of the entire interior space of the SPA - Breakfast at 16€, too expensive for us given the dishes offered. At this price we would have expected, for example: hot scrambled eggs already prepared, pancakes and/or crepes, cooked chicken, vegetable omelettes, or even a larger choice of infusions (without theine). Fortunately for us who liked to eat salty and sweet foods, we were able to make soft-boiled eggs.

The welcome was non-existent: no one on arrival (which was expected and normal because the establishment is closed on Sunday evening but in the morning we did not see any staff at breakfast. The person who prepares stays in the room next door without coming to greet the customers. Very impersonal therefore. The room was very good and the breakfast was no surprise but definitely good to try during the week and in season.

Disappointed by the SPA equipment (you have to go outside in a bathrobe, pleasant in summer but not cool in March especially when it rains), jacuzzi closed and broken, the sauna 4 people max and Hammam 4 people max not in service at the time of arriving at the Spa (what a shame!!!!) the hotel was not full so access to the 2 activities was easy. Good for the swimming pool it was normal not in service it was not the season. Otherwise the place is nice and very pretty in the countryside, the catering is top notch as well as the service, the staff pleasant and attentive. Reservation in a superior room with “good” and comfortable dinner, no wifi connection!!!! In short, we will say that the catering somewhat makes up for the disappointment of the SPA. LIMITED VALUE FOR MONEY FOR US (€300 per night)
