Hotel in its original state. Everything is old. Unmaintained vegetation. The pool vacuum was left on all day during opening hours. The pool was full of leaves. My partner went under the vacuum cleaner to swim. The spa remained closed. A small gazebo for a few deckchairs so we stay in full sun. There is a small garden table in front of the accommodation (a good idea in itself if you want to have breakfast except that the cleaning lady leaves these piles of clean linen, sheets and towels on the table, making it unusable for guests. I am really disappointed, I will not return. No questions asked at reception or at checkout. The person does not care about these customers.

Christophe and the team were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has top notch gourmet food, and the dining & pool area is very relaxing. This is the perfect hideaway in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Avignon.

There was no one at the reception for more than 20 minutes at the check-in, it was unbearable to wait at the current temperature. In the end, we asked the restaurant staff to help us and they looked at the computer, what our room was and gave us the key. But I booked a room with separate beds a month ago, the hotel confirmed this opportunity for me, but there was only one large bed in the room. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaners with the question of whether we need to clean the room, do they really know that we are leaving today and do we need to clean?

Superb stay 3 nights spent at the beginning of November in this magnificent little quiet estate. Beautiful charming residence, restaurant right next door with outdoor patio and adjoining swimming pool. Other accommodations (more recent) are available within the estate. Very pleasant setting, beautiful layout, well-maintained places, private parking on site, wi-fi without problem. The room in the residence was spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Good bedding. We did not have a noise problem (which also depends on the period and the clientele). The restaurant offers very good dishes (fresh products) with careful presentation and dressing, at very reasonable prices. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money for this hotel. We appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly manager ready to chat, and the kindness of all the attentive and considerate staff. Ideal location for visiting Avignon. We recommend. From Annecy

Upon arrival, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff is attentive, always smiling and available. The room was spotless and comfortable. The restaurant is a real treat: delicious dishes, impeccable service. Every detail is taken care of, whether in terms of services or the general atmosphere. Le restaurant est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix avec un menu du jour renouvelé et frais.
Personnel très chaleureux et très à l’écoute.
Petit déjeuner buffet salé-sucré bien pourvu, bon rapport qualité prix.

Very bad experience, the boss was very nice to me but his racist wife lacked total respect. Waking up from breakfast. I ask for a coffee from the bar machine refuses to make my coffee because there was the lunch coffee to disrespect me by treating me like strange people, very rude, not at all helpful, while the customers after she will have served even though lunch was closed so I want to say that this is a hotel where the owner is racist and is really not pleasant. Not smiling, very bad person apart from the boss who was very professional very nice, but the horrible boss she ruined our stay our lunch is racist, I will give this hotel a zero rating

Food was quite amazing, pool was lovely and staff very accommodating. A very relax and friendly atmosphere. Bedroom in the attic was adequate but would have preferred a bigger room.

A memorable stay. Christoph met us on arrival and took us to our room - excellent, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the evening, and a very good breakfast the following morning. My husband was not as sprightly as he once was, and all the team were very welcoming and could not do enough for both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay. Julie R

Hotel building with rooms in the garden area under good cover of mature trees. All very clean and our room (the disabled) was very modern and spacious. Air conditioning , efficient. Swimming pool is outdoor and heated and very warm. The welcome was excellent and we were immediately put at ease by the relaxed nature of the manager. Our dog was accommodated in all areas. Evening meal was delicious. Would highly recommend as a stop over or base to explore the local area. Old town is too far to walk to, and would be uphill all the way back. We found free parking near the city wall from which to see the city of Avignon.

Fijne plek net buiten Avignon, kamer in een klein huisje in de tuin met alles erop en eraan. Auto kan blijven staan omdat je heel gemakkelijk met de bus naar de stad kunt. Heerlijk thuis komen na een wandeldag door de mooie stad en relaxen aan en in het zwembad. Gastvrijheid uitstekend en een voortreffelijk ontbijt.

A friendly, qualitative place which corresponds to what is presented on the reservation sites, no photos made up, arranged... Everything is exactly as you would expect, family, welcoming and very well maintained

Christophe and the team here are completely charming. The several times I have stayed with them, they always give a great welcome. I have friends in the area, so I didn't eat with them this time; however, their breakfast has been terrific in the past. My constructive suggestions to underline the quality of everything else in your establishment would be 1) A bit of spring cleaning might be done around the outside of the gites to get rid of some of the cobwebs accumulated over the winter, 2) some of the bathroom fittings are a bit loose and or worn out, ie, shower fittings and toilet seats, 3) nicer coffee making facilities in the room would also be lovely because I typically have a bit of back office work to do during my stays with you. Apart from that, just keep on doing what you are doing because I love staying with you.

A very spacious room and a very warm welcome. The breakfast is very generous and the setting is very pleasant. The hotel was full and yet very quiet, no noise! It's a very beautiful house.

In my opinion this was a first class Logis . The evening meal was excellent. I would completely reccomend this Logis the best I have been in . Lovely friendly reception from the owner Christophe.

Parking lot was spacious and neat. The gate closes for security in the evening. was greeted warmly by the owner when I arrived. Check-in was quick and simple. He escorted me to my room and opened the door, handed me the key and the gate code.
The room was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was neat, modern and well stocked. The bed was crisply made very comfortable. I had a great view of the courtyard, restaurant and the pool area-beautiful!
I had dinner in the restaurant that evening and I couldn’t have expected more. The server was patient and explained the options to me. She suggested a wine to accompany my filet and it was perfect. The breakfast is impressive as well.
The lounge area around the pool was stunning, well done, neat and orderly.
Upon checkout, the owner made sure I was satisfied and sent me on my way with a coffee.
I can go on and on saying great well deserved things about this hotel. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in Europe, but this one is definitely in my top 5.
I hope to come back one day and enjoy those wonderful accommodations again.
