Overall, it was a positive experience. The rooms are modern, tidy, and clean, and the food is excellent. The staff's organization needs to be reviewed. Although friendly, it's lacking in the distribution of tasks, creating a certain amount of confusion.

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder in dieses Hotel und waren immer zufrieden. Seit den neuen Besitzern hat sich die Qualität sehr verschlechtert. Im Zimmer hat es gestunken, der Geruch kam aus dem Bad und war schrecklich. Wir mussten bei 7 Grad mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Von der recht kleinen Speisekarte gab es nicht alles, ganz gleich ob Essen oder Getränke. Die Kaffeemaschine am Frühstücksbüffet funktionierte nicht, das schon seit Wochen. Englisch kann auch kaum jemand, obwohl damit geworben wird . Im kleinen Teich schwimmen Forellen, eine nahm der Wirt mit einem Plastiksack heraus weil sie tot darin gelegen hat. Kein Wunder, neben all dem Plastik Spielzeug das im Teich mitschwingt. Es wurde sich gar nicht bemüht all das zu ändern. Zum Frühstück saßen wir an einem 4er Tisch, 2 Gedecke fürs Frühstück und 2 fürs Mittagessen. Die fehlenden Produkte am Frühstücksbüffet wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Die Qualität des Abendessens, katastrophal. Der Wein überteuert. Wir werden erst einmal nicht mehr kommen und auch das Hotel nicht mehr weiter empfehlen. Obwohl wir viele Motorrad Touren in diese Region organisieren ist das Hotel aus unserer Liste gestrichen.

Hotel with a lot of potential, super well located for winter sports (opposite a chairlift), unfortunately the service is not at all up to such potential, we have the impression that the employees are left to their own devices. This is very noticeable, even if some do the job. It lacks a soul. We had lunch without seeing anyone from the hotel...

Correct but the cleanliness of the room and the shower room needs to be improved.

Good experience

Convenient location and ample parking. But unfortunately, the bathroom, floor, and windows were not clean, although the staff came back after we notified them (hair, toothpaste stains, sticky floor, etc.). The hotel is poorly soundproofed: you can hear everything that happens in the hallways, other rooms, and outside. The reception lacks professionalism and courtesy. The breakfast items (crepes, croissants, etc.) were not great. Too bad for a hotel that has potential! However, we appreciated the fact that the room was spacious.

The hotel is run by a group of young people who perhaps lack a little experience, especially at the reception desk, but they can certainly improve with time.

The welcome was good and the rest was not great. If we talk about the food then it is just the worst experience ever. Fries undercooked and soft and their color was brown??? The trout at 24€ well it's just half and all the bones as a bonus and the breakfast at 12€ with almost nothing and the waitress who has not learned to say hello. In short, avoid

Nothing to complain about regarding the location of the establishment or the reception and the explanations given; the rooms are in excellent condition. The experience was not good in terms of soundproofing of the rooms (we were lucky enough to hear the neighbors talking until 4 a.m. the last two nights). As for the breakfasts, we did not find the variety and quantity that we have encountered during stays in other Logis hotels.

Catering service not great

We were very satisfied with the overall service. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good. Here are some points that we think could be improved: - The wait was a bit long when it came to paying because our fees were calculated, which could have already been planned. - The restaurant menu is different between the one displayed outside and the one given once seated... and a real children's menu would be recommended. - The Wi-Fi is missing. Thank you for this stay.

2-night stay with half-board. Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed room. Renovated and functional bathroom. Half-board à la carte menu: starter, main course, dessert. Very good and plentiful. Breakfast OK, but not much choice the first morning at 9:00 a.m. The staff was young but seemed motivated. A bit too much the first night, talking loudly between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on our balcony!

The rooms were very averagely clean and no soap. The half-board evening meal: an hour's wait before being served, poorly sorted salad, no sauce, undercooked meat, undercooked and cold vegetables. Dessert very tasteless. Same for several guests who also left their portion on the plate, without any notice from the owner! Sick all night. The person at reception could not give me the address of a doctor. We really miss the previous owners of this establishment where we stayed a few years ago.

Beautiful location in the mountains, lovely rustic hotel, new, modern rooms with new bathrooms. The food in the restaurant was not recommended; it seems to have a new chef/owner.

This hotel is very well located before heading to the Galibier Pass. The owners are charming and attentive. The price corresponds to its classification, and the food is very good. Large parking lot for motorcycles. Very quiet at night.

Average welcome and equally average food with unfriendly staff.

Avoid. Overwhelmed boss. Disappointing meal (the salad was full of dirt). The room had a strong smell of men's perfume, did you wonder if the sheets had been changed? This hotel does not deserve the Logis Hôtels label.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and we will definitely try to come back! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and we especially liked the location and the lobby where we could play board games with friends!

Rooms including bathroom OK but the dinner was very disappointing: first there was no menu card available. Only choice between two dishes. We chose the entrecote which did not even deserve the name meat. This accompanied by limp fries without any legumes. The price of € 28.00 was a disgrace. The breakfast was also chaos. Coffee machine and juice machine broken and far too few products. I stay very often in Logis Hotels but this was a disappointing experience.

The hotel is quiet. The room is good except for the bedding which could do with being changed. The bathroom is good but the toilet bowl was dirty and two towels were in a pitiful state. Restaurant level for half-board meals it was more of a canteen level than a restaurant level. Breakfast good.
