Quiet hotel, friendly staff and an excellent cook
98% satisfaction. Unfortunately, the third bed for an adult was very, very hard. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was decent overall.
Decent room, friendly staff, free parking, varied sweet and savory breakfast
Good except for the central heating being out of order, compensated by an electric radiator.
Noisy room, no heating in winter! No towel warmer in the bathroom. Only two electrical outlets for a room for four people—go figure! The room's cleanliness left much to be desired; a coffee cup had been sitting on the windowsill for how long? There was a strong musty smell in the room. Only two bath towels for a family room! In short, I won't be returning.
Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, a clean room, and very good breakfast and dinner. We appreciated the home-style cooking prepared with quality ingredients. The waiter was very pleasant and professional. He always had a kind word for each guest. Our only slight complaint was the small size of the standard room.
A very friendly team, always ready to help. I'm delighted I chose this establishment.
No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Insufficient outlets in the bedroom. One would expect more space in the rooms for a 3-star hotel. The mattress is starting to sag in the middle.
The hotel's strongest point is the staff; whether at reception, in the dining room, or in the kitchen, the team is lovely. I ate very well! The decor is a matter of taste, so I won't comment on it. The desk lamp has a broken base, and the volume button on the TV remote doesn't work. The soap dispenser in the sink is also broken. As for the room, the major drawback is cleanliness: hair and fur in the bathroom and shower—enough to cover an armpit for someone who doesn't have one—and a large clump of hair wandering around the room, sugar on the pouf, bits of dead leaves on the carpet, and even a piece of plaster. It's worth noting that the first night I had two large towels, the second night one large and one small, and the third night two small ones. I would have liked to mention it to the reception staff, but every time I had the chance there were people around and I didn't want to shout it from the rooftops! Otherwise, a big thank you to Charlotte and Florence (if I'm not mistaken) for the lovely time I spent with them.
Well located
Average bedding, not very friendly welcome, lack of smiles. Poorly soundproofed. As for the pool 😱
Catastrophic quality bed. The rest was average.
The room was tiny, as was the bathroom; one person of average build could barely fit in front of the sink. It's a former Ibis hotel converted into a guesthouse, and the air conditioning was more noisy than it was effective! To top it all off, there was no Wi-Fi—unbelievable! Thankfully, the owner was pleasant and welcoming, but that wasn't enough to make the stay enjoyable. I strongly advise against this hotel.
Cheap but very average service
Nothing to report except for the pity that Edenred restaurant voucher cards or dematerialized cards are no longer accepted.
Warm welcome and very pleasant swimming pool.
A pleasant hotel overall, well located.
Mixed experience: the bedding was a bit hard, the decor outdated, there was no way to individually adjust the room temperature, and the curtains didn't provide complete darkness. Average. Strong points: close to the motorway exit, large car park, friendly staff
Very small room, strong smell of tobacco, moldy bathroom. It's far from 3 stars.
