A nice friendly hotel only a bit outdated. Needs a painting and there were no sockets as well as in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

Good but not great. The room is old and smells a bit musty. It's obvious that the cleaning isn't done thoroughly. There are cobwebs between the nightstands and the wall. Some light switches don't work. The sink leaked directly onto the bathroom shelf where we had put our things. The bedding is good.

Yes, overall it's good, but nothing more, especially in this price range. A little expensive for such a small room and the bathroom is a bit dated, the toilet remains blocked and the shower seals are really dirty. Breakfast is OK, but nothing remarkable, not up to the price. Gone are the days when hoteliers had pastries delivered by the local artisan baker; now it's mid-range frozen food, good for the margin. Well, after all, we shouldn't be surprised by the success of RBNB and others.

The staff were very except the older man on reception. We arrived very early, not expecting our room to be ready but told us in an unfriendly manner that check in was at 4.00. We did not expect our room to be available but we would have liked somewhere to sit & have drink rather than being sent away. All the rest of the staff were very good!

Nice situation among the morgon vineyard. Pets are welcome. Nice bar and nice dining room. Families are welcome (there were several families with kids and everything was okay). We got a room downstairs which was very nice for our dog. Room is a bit small but the bed and the bathroom are really great. People working there like their job and enjoy being kind and helpfull. The safe parking is a very good point. We also enjoyed a good supper and a good breakfast. We hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Rather disappointing stay. Among the main points for improvement: no ventilation in the bathroom and a shower orientation requiring water to be put everywhere, these two elements making life in the bathroom complicated. As for breakfast, there was not much choice, a long wait because only one person at reception for departures was unable to refill the bread, cutlery or other breakfast items. The evening meal was very good quality. The refurbished room was rather pleasant, however lacking a kettle and cups for drinking.
The hotel and restaurant are very good but the restaurant needs to be soundproofed. There was a group celebrating a wedding anniversary and the noise was almost unbearable. Maybe put some canvases on the ceiling???

Very bad and very expensive evening meal (35€!): everything was lukewarm, the meat had burned and the chocolate fondant did not melt at all (cold, dry ... several days old). a sign: at no time were we asked if everything was okay. Never again in this establishment.

When we arrived, they didn't want to give us a table in the restaurant, even though we had requested one when we made our booking. They said they were fully booked. After we referred to the written request via the app and the man at reception found it after a few minutes, we were given a table after all, only to be surprised to find in the evening that only a third of the tables were occupied. Fully booked looks different.
