Sehr ruhiges und familiäres Hotel inmitten eines Waldes. Das Essen war sehr lecken und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch, aber grosszügig geschnitten und haben alles, was es braucht.

A haven of peace in the heart of nature! We had a wonderful stay in this hotel nestled in a veritable green setting, ideally located to discover the treasures of the Bruche Valley. The setting is peaceful and rejuvenating, perfect for a nature getaway. The staff is warm, attentive, and very professional. Special mention for the cuisine: delicious, generous, and full of local flavors. The icing on the cake: a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. A place we recommend without hesitation!

We have been happy guests at Neuhauser for over 30 years and would be happy to come back again!

We booked accommodation with half board. Our reservation confirmation stated breakfast at €15 per person and half board at €15 per person. When we paid, we were suddenly asked to pay €54 per person for half board, an additional €39 per person. They claimed this was a booking error in the system. As a guest, however, I cannot be held responsible for this. The hotel offered no assistance whatsoever. This is not acceptable. As a guest, I have to rely on the prices stated in the booking confirmation. The food itself was good. In the chalet, you could take drinks from the fridge. The fridge was not clean, and the beer had already expired four months ago. No assistance was offered here either.

Simple house, family spirit, no fuss

Following a car accident. I came to rest. We discovered a true haven of peace. Beautiful spacious room, smiling and friendly welcome, beautiful table combining gastronomy and refined presentation. And the waitresses were really pleasant and attentive. We will be back.

Superbly located hotel, very friendly owner with meals that we enjoyed, I can only recommend it.

The Neuhauseur is a very high quality establishment, both for the hotel and the catering: warm welcome with friendly and attentive staff, peace and quiet in the middle of the Vosges forest, starting point for beautiful hikes and culinary services to delight the taste buds.

This is now the third time we have stayed at the Neuhauser Hotel and we are always very satisfied!

Le lieu, l'établissement et le personnel sont au top. Le chalet que nous avons occupé était parfait. Le seul petit problème était la pression de l'eau chaude et sa température peu élevée. Mais vous nous avez aidé rapidement et une solution fut proposé vu les congés du chauffagiste. La qualité du déjeuner rien à redire et encore pour le restaurant que nous n'avons testé qu'une fois malheureusement. Peut-être avoir les liens pour télécharger des ballades GPS. Il n'est pas toujours simple de trouver des sites complets et gratuits.

A hotel restaurant as we like it

Very good night in this hotel. Welcoming staff. Room equipped and clean. We ate very well for breakfast, very complete and rich! We will certainly come back to discover the surroundings.

The NEUHAUSER hotel is an excellent address both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant. It is perfectly quiet, isolated on a forest road. And the welcome is great. We recommend it to those who like the calm and the charm of the forest.

Quiet, clean, very good restaurant. Basic swimming pool and sauna.

Very warm welcome, the staff took great care of us, they even made us sandwiches for our hike! We appreciated the place with the calm that reigns around. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We have no problem recommending this establishment and we will certainly return.
