The hotel is very comfortable, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant is very good. The gastronomic menu deserves to be tested. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

A hotel with old-fashioned Vichy charm which deserves a better renovation of the electrical and sanitary installations.

Great, as always for years: the friendly welcome, the charm of the hotel, the usual room requested, the private parking nearby, the location in the city center and near the park... We will be happy to come back!

As always, you are doing well! Just a small remark, the bathrooms deserved a real hard shower cubicle rather than a plastic cubicle, a little old!

We booked last minute and were pleased that there was parking available, although it wasn’t free of charge. We had requested a table for dinner but when we arrived we were told that wasn’t available, which was disappointing.

Nice establishment that needs a bit of a refresh. The breakfast is good, the restaurant also and the parking nearby, although paying. The only downside for us, a bit noisy.

Beautiful art deco hotel, the entrance hall and the dining room are very beautiful. The room lacks decoration, too sober for our taste. There is a lack of a choice of good teas at breakfast and in the rooms. The parquet floors in the rooms creak in places, this can be heard at night.

The hotel has seen better days and whilst adequate there were issues - it was impossible to close the bathroom door and the WiFi was not reliable- on the plus side the breakfast was good, the parking a great convenience and the room size goid

First price room: quite dilapidated and not soundproofed. This also comes from the parquet throughout. Otherwise, nice establishment

Reception was frosty. Said I had not booked parking or dinner, which I had. No help with translating menu, so not sure what we were ordering for dinner. Service very slow and had to ask for bread.

Very convenient in the center of beautiful Vichy. It is located in a beautiful historic building and even if it hasn't been recently renovated it is well cared for. Excellent private parking a few meters from the hotel at a cost of € 2.50 per night for the motorbike.

a very nice hotel in the common areas, magnificent hall, a library and the dining rooms have a lot of charm. the welcome and the management are up to par with the place but unfortunately, the room seems a bit outdated and aged: carpet on the wall and the western saloon door of the toilets in the room surprised us unpleasantly. we will read the reviews better next time.

Good reception and the restaurant is very very good. The meals are excellent, congratulations to the cooks and the waiters are really very professional. It is excellent value for money. The room is very good with its small balcony overlooking the street and it's very quiet. Very appreciable this small fridge with bottles of water. Everything was really very good.

The establishment is very well placed in the center of Vichy; he is very agreeable. The staff is attentive and the services of high quality. We recommend the Midlands to enjoy a stay in Vichy!

I invite you to quickly renovate your establishment, do not rent rooms that have become too dilapidated. Regarding breakfast less diversity of products, rather prefer excellence. Consider improving the choice and/or training of catering staff. Positive points for the kitchen and the kindness of the welcome.

Well located hotel and wonderful breakfast. The standard rate room needs to be renovated with moldy paper and chipped ceiling, strongly discouraged for ASTHMATIC people, very decent bedding.

In the heart of the old city

Everything was perfect, especially the restaurant.

The room was adequately equipped; Beds were comfortable. Bathroom small with swing door which could be heard from adjoining rooms at night. The staff was very friendly and spoke quite good English. Parking in the underground car park next door. Breakfast buffet was rich.

Impeccable staff, whether at reception or at breakfast. Room to refresh: carpet on the walls is a potential source of allergy and keeps dust and germs. Lack of air conditioning ... the fan is clearly insufficient and a bit outdated at present in a 3-star hotel ... The parquet creaks and you can hear the parquet in the next room and / or the hallway creak. (during the night, I even thought someone was in my room)

excellent quality hotel, in the heart of Vichy, spacious, quiet. Spa style and decorative art in a charming atmosphere. a bit of a wait to anticipate for each step in the lobby on the ground floor, but the hotel is vast.

Welcoming and professional staff

We liked our stay at this hotel for the following reasons, The location is ideal for visiting Vichy on foot. The hotel has a very convenient parking lot. The Belle Epoque aspect of the hotel gives us much more. The bedding is of good quality, a little less for the bathroom which is a bit small but clean. We had dinner there last night, the food was excellent as was the service. The breakfast is very good, it offers a varied choice to satisfy all tastes. And finally, the staff is attentive and at your service. A great stay, an address that we will recommend to our friends.

Ottima posizione ottima struttura, peccato per la camera, piccola, e per il bagno, separato dalla camera da una porta stile saloon, quindi in pratica non separato.

Bâtiment dont on sent une histoire, le lieu est d une autre époque et c est plutôt agréable.
L accueil et le sens du service ne souffre d aucun défaut, le responsable est d une sympathie rare.
La literie est très bien et la chambre de bon confort dans l ensemble.
La cerise sur le pudding c est le restaurant...si vous y séjournez, il serait dommage de passer à côté, la cuisine y est simplement excellente !!!

accueil à l'arrivée personne !! nous avons sonné plusieurs fois, en désespoir de cause nous avons téléphoné le réceptionniste est venu, il nous a dit qu'il déjeunait. Pourquoi ne pas avoir mis un mot sur la banque de l'accueil pour prévenir. Nous avons failli nous bruler avec l'eau de la douche à cause de grosses variations de température, Pour le parking on nous a dit que tout était loué, mais mercredi soir il y avait 4 places libres et le jeudi matin à 9h les 4 mêmes places libres, on nous a fait croire, que les voitures étaient arrivées tard dans la nuit et reparties tôt le matin !!!! doute. cela nous a permis de faire des économies car le parcmètre était moins cher que le parking de l'hôtel. moquette en mauvaise état, trop vintage pour nous

Hôtel très facile d’accès. Très bien situé, à côté du centre. Chambre propre, et hôtel calme. Il y a un parking par contre, pas beaucoup de places donc il ne faut pas oublier de réserver avant une place. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Décoration vieillotte.Moquette clouée au sol et très usée. Porte d'accès à la salle de bain curieuse (porte de salon!),pas de savon liquide pour la douche,un seul bonnet de bain,et deux minuscules savonnettes.Petit déjeuner apporté en chambre avec un quart d'heure de retard et réclamé !

Personnel disponible et professionnels ,repas délicieux, bien servi, nous avons apprécié la mise de table toujours impeccable, chambre spacieuse et bonne literie .

Très bon accueil, parking fermé très appréciable. Bonne situation géographique en centre ville, ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied.
Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel !
