As always, Mr. and Mrs. Fustin know how to welcome their customers, always smiling and kind. They are constantly attentive to providing a perfect welcome. Every time I come to Cognac, I come here… perfect

Very warm welcome. Dynamic and friendly staff. The only small complaint about my stay was the quality of the coffee (especially at breakfast) and the orange juice. It would be nice to make a little effort on this to ensure a very good experience everywhere. Kind regards.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everyone we spoke to was most helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cognac, as the parking was excellent and you only had a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cognac

Hotel located near the train station and easily accessible by train or car. Good reception. Helpful and very friendly staff. Very clean room with good bedding. Simple but very good meal. Hearty continental breakfast. Due to the uncertain weather, we were unfortunately unable to enjoy the pool.

A hotel, more like a motel, ideally located on the edge of Cognac's city center, a few hundred meters from the main square. Ideal for exploring the city, relaxing, or even spending quality time by the pool.
Very good hotel, clean, spacious room, quality breakfast and the presence of a swimming pool which is an undeniable asset.
I came for a vacation in July (high-end room), then a funeral in August, small room one night, not seen but no air conditioning and very hot. The people, although different from the first visit, are very friendly and considerate, the Hotel is clean and quiet, but be careful with your very very rough bath towels!

The value for money justifies this establishment's rating. It's a shame that the transfer when ordering wasn't cashed in advance or in part. The floor signs for the private parking need to be reviewed, as people park haphazardly.
Magnificent, very quiet hotel with everything you could dream of: spacious, air-conditioned rooms, garden with tables and chairs, swimming pool, ping-pong table, gym, sauna! A dream, and all the staff are lovely and competent: perfection!

After an 8-hour drive, there's nothing like relaxing in the pool. I highly recommend this place, a vacation spot in the heart of the city.

A pleasant walk into town.
Super friendly welcome, our host found solutions for us to park our car. She offered us an air-conditioned studio and we even took another night. Very spacious, clean studio with air conditioning.
Adorable and very good bedding
Somewhere between a bungalow and a hotel room, the accommodation is very good. A nice touch is the central air conditioning, which can be controlled by reception. Its location outside the city center avoids the summer noise.
Lovely quiet location beside the Gare de Cognac. Easy walk into the centre of historic Cognac.
