Very warm welcome. Dynamic and friendly staff. The only small complaint about my stay was the quality of the coffee (especially at breakfast) and the orange juice. It would be nice to make a little effort on this to ensure a very good experience everywhere. Kind regards.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everyone we spoke to was most helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cognac, as the parking was excellent and you only had a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cognac

Hotel located near the train station and easily accessible by train or car. Good reception. Helpful and very friendly staff. Very clean room with good bedding. Simple but very good meal. Hearty continental breakfast. Due to the uncertain weather, we were unfortunately unable to enjoy the pool.

A hotel, more like a motel, ideally located on the edge of Cognac's city center, a few hundred meters from the main square. Ideal for exploring the city, relaxing, or even spending quality time by the pool.

Very good hotel, clean, spacious room, quality breakfast and the presence of a swimming pool which is an undeniable asset.

I came for a vacation in July (high-end room), then a funeral in August, small room one night, not seen but no air conditioning and very hot. The people, although different from the first visit, are very friendly and considerate, the Hotel is clean and quiet, but be careful with your very very rough bath towels!

The value for money justifies this establishment's rating. It's a shame that the transfer when ordering wasn't cashed in advance or in part. The floor signs for the private parking need to be reviewed, as people park haphazardly.

Magnificent, very quiet hotel with everything you could dream of: spacious, air-conditioned rooms, garden with tables and chairs, swimming pool, ping-pong table, gym, sauna! A dream, and all the staff are lovely and competent: perfection!

After an 8-hour drive, there's nothing like relaxing in the pool. I highly recommend this place, a vacation spot in the heart of the city.

Super friendly welcome, our host found solutions for us to park our car. She offered us an air-conditioned studio and we even took another night. Very spacious, clean studio with air conditioning.

We had a lovely couple of nights (originally only planned to have had one, but stayed an extra night!). The Hotel is clean, the staff so friendly and helpful. We particularly found Manon to be a wonderful receptionist. She was welcoming, friendly and so helpful both face to face and via tbe Booking.com messaging service. Shes so smiley and friendly that we immediately felt comforatable and at home. Manon is a real assest to the team.

Friendly staff, private parking, restaurant and breakfast buffet. However, the very nice apartments (individual cabins) are a few years old and can only be ventilated via the front door. This means that it can quickly become stuffy at night, and the fan only helps to a limited extent. But it's perfectly fine for one or two nights when passing through.

We arrived 9 by bike, after a day in the rain. We were offered a jet of water to clean the bikes before storing them in the bike room. All late afternoon and evening the person who was at the reception was very friendly and considerate, we felt at home. Thank you for this welcome

Well located hotel but in need of a major refresh. Swimming pool closed during our stay in August!

Fantastic location if you are traveling with train because hotel is just 10 sec from train station. Apartment's are really big, with really quality mattresses, sound isolation very good, i didn't heard a thing around me, bathroom really huge, personality professional and good.

Breakfast was not so special, they can work on it.

Very good: welcome, bedding, air conditioning broken (but quickly repaired by the staff), clean and well located swimming pool.

Neat, charming establishment, very nice swimming pool, and the closed and secure parking is a plus. The only downside was the air conditioning which was acting up all night in the heatwave! A better air conditioning system would be a plus.

We were given a room in some suites with a separate door onto the street: very large and well appointed with its own private outside terrace.

Comfortable bed. Nice room and ensuite. Good buffet breakfast. AC was nice and quite. The facilities were all wheelchair friendly, good disability design and accessible.
Not as sound proofed as could be as the young people who had been out, returned late to the adjacent room behind ours (the rooms run back to back as well as side to side) and caught up on the Euro 24 results.
But, it was just a brief wake-up, so all was well.

10 minutes from the center of Cognac, this very well-equipped establishment welcomes you in a working atmosphere during the week. but that in no way detracts from this site's well-appointed decoration and good service. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom, good quality bedding. all in a very well-organized environment.
