I don't understand how this hotel has such a good rating here and on the Logis website/app… On the phone, the woman seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. I guess that's understandable, it happens. However, guests aren't supposed to notice. We arrived at the room, after driving 1359 km, and it was filthy. The entrance mat was dirty. The floor was covered in crumbs and small brown bits. There was still water in the kettle from the previous guests. The bathroom bin was still full! 🤢 The shower didn't have a mat, so we all slipped… The only good thing was the beds, which looked clean and were comfortable.

We particularly wanted a restaurant as my wife has dementia .When we got there it is closed for a month. After scrutinising the hotel details virtually at the bottom is a note saying the restaurant is closed. Shabby should have been more open about it don't lose it in the small print

The facade is unassuming, but the rooms are further back on the property and open directly onto the outside. The rooms are a decent size, air-conditioned, and quite comfortable. There's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is very good for the price.

A very pleasant hotel, well located for visiting Cognac and the surrounding area. The parking is a big plus, as is the air conditioning in the rooms, and of course, the swimming pool was used extensively. The staff is very attentive. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, with a certain serenity emanating from the place. A few more storage spaces for clothes and hooks in the bathroom would make it even more comfortable.

Motel style rooms with aircon, comfortable beds and clean bathroom with shower. Swimming pool perfect as when we were ther the temperature was 40+C.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everyone we spoke to was most helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cognac, as the parking was excellent and you only had a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cognac

Hotel located near the train station and easily accessible by train or car. Good reception. Helpful and very friendly staff. Very clean room with good bedding. Simple but very good meal. Hearty continental breakfast. Due to the uncertain weather, we were unfortunately unable to enjoy the pool.

A hotel, more like a motel, ideally located on the edge of Cognac's city center, a few hundred meters from the main square. Ideal for exploring the city, relaxing, or even spending quality time by the pool.

Very good hotel, clean, spacious room, quality breakfast and the presence of a swimming pool which is an undeniable asset.

I came for a vacation in July (high-end room), then a funeral in August, small room one night, not seen but no air conditioning and very hot. The people, although different from the first visit, are very friendly and considerate, the Hotel is clean and quiet, but be careful with your very very rough bath towels!

The value for money justifies this establishment's rating. It's a shame that the transfer when ordering wasn't cashed in advance or in part. The floor signs for the private parking need to be reviewed, as people park haphazardly.

After an 8-hour drive, there's nothing like relaxing in the pool. I highly recommend this place, a vacation spot in the heart of the city.

Super friendly welcome, our host found solutions for us to park our car. She offered us an air-conditioned studio and we even took another night. Very spacious, clean studio with air conditioning.
