Perfect.
Generally fine if somewhat impersonal.
The worst aspect was when the rather surly lady on reception tried to get me to pay for the accommodation again having already paid through Hotels.com! Something of a standoff until she managed to locate her boss on the phone whereupon everything was quickly sorted out. Some customer service training required and perhaps a few English lessons! The fast gabble in French followed by a Gallic shrug did not endear her to me!
We were expecting a charming little hotel, and the welcome was adequate, but we were quite surprised to discover that the restaurant was open, despite an email from just four days prior stating the opposite. The room was clean but rather basic, and the light switches were of somewhat cheap quality. Breakfast was disappointing; not even a baguette, only rolls straight from the fridge. €15 for this is excessive. It wouldn't take much to turn these shortcomings into strengths, but as it stands, the price of the room and breakfast is exorbitant for what you receive.
Excellent welcome during this overnight stay and very good quality cuisine at very reasonable prices.
I slept in the first Logis de France in Arc-sur-Tille and ate in the second. Adequate but very average: the prices should be monitored. Best regards, Bernard Roberti (I have been travelling with Logis de France for over 20 years).
Room 201: very dark room, damaged floors (especially in the bathroom), unpleasant odor noticeable upon entering the room, faulty electrical switches, air conditioning unit (even though it was switched off) making a running water noise all night. Disappointing value for money.
Hello, it would be good if the hotel were indicated by a lighted sign; the hotel is difficult to find at night.
Correcto
The room was ok, the bathroom window only had a glass curtain which I don't really like.
Very lovely hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly, rooms very basic but nice and very clean, our only thing we thought would be nice is to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, other than that very nice.
Had a room under the roof nr 402 , had to be careful all the time not to bump my head all the time. Carpet in bedroom AND bathroom. Very dirty with spots near the toilet......Toiletpaper without holder so on the dirty floor
Window with no view because of hight.
A lot of money for a room so dirty Swimmingpool, bed and shower were oke. No elevator.
We will never go there again and would not recommend this hotel.
Excellent stay from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and a nice breakfast went down well. All in all a great experience.
Staff made us welcome and were more than helpful with all our needs. They deserve praise.
When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed. We waited until reception opened. At 3:45 p.m., the person who greeted us was not friendly. The first thing she said upon our arrival was "You're too early! Reception doesn't open until 4 p.m., like in all hotels." The layout of the room was not up to par with a three-star hotel. The restaurant was closed, although this was not indicated on the website. We were offered dinner at a brasserie-pizzeria! The village was dreary and gloomy, with no particular attractions.
Lovely hotel in a great location for a stop over. Big, clean room, shower is impressive. Only issue is cost of bar, went to the pool and ordered 3 drinks, a glass of vino, a beer and an ice tea, €18.50!!
Also needed to speak to front desk around 9:30/10 but there was no one to be seen, everything was shut up for the night.
Un peu cher pour ce que c'est!
Check-in is only open from 4 p.m.! Very annoying. Access to the pool is closed on Sundays! This should be mentioned; I came especially for this.
Very nice room with super shower. We enjoyed the pool and had a great dinner.
Pricey breakfast buffet. Breakfast wasn't replenished after 9 am. We were there with children and there were no croissants, pain au chocolat, or yogurt left. They also ran out of eggs. The rooms were very neat and clean. Plenty of towels for the shower and pool. The parking lot was secure and very convenient.
We arrived on July 14th, ... which can explain or excuse some things, but not everything! The person at the reception told us that she was in a hurry ... and didn't have time! ... Neither to give us information, nor to make out the bill we wanted to pay (... she was supposedly supposed to leave within the next 15 minutes). There, we discovered that the restaurant was closed and that this had not been communicated to us in advance; ... and that it was not indicated anywhere on the hotel's website. And the employee, she, did not want to waste her time giving us information, nor searching for an open restaurant on the internet for us. So we were really going to struggle to find something to eat, even though we had just spent nearly 5 hours on the road. We ended up at the Campanile hotel in Dijon, where there was a buffet available: starter buffet, hot dishes (meat and fish) and dessert buffet. And given the friendly and kind welcome, we said to ourselves that this is where we should have stayed. But when we returned almost 3 hours later (around 9:30 p.m.), ... what a surprise to see the employee - supposedly 'in a hurry' - with probably the manager (... she had told us that he would take over), ... still on the terrace! In the meantime, the pool had been re-covered, so that we could no longer use it. After breakfast, another person, much friendlier, took care of us; ... but she presented us with the bill with a supplement of 10 euros for parking in the inner courtyard. However, when we arrived, we had parked - originally - outside; ... before having to - forced and constrained - go back in search of a restaurant. And when we returned, all the spaces on the street were unfortunately occupied. We found the 10 euro 'supplement' to be the final straw! And we asked her to call the manager to inform him of our disappointment. Which she did, after several attempts to contact him. The 10 euros were therefore - with her agreement - finally withdrawn from our account. All of this is a real shame, because the place is truly beautiful, the rooms are large and the bedding is of good quality; but having such a poor sense of hospitality really left us with a bitter taste. The hotelroom was not verry clean. I couldn’t walk bearfeet because the carpet was verry sticky.
The bed and the shower where oké but the drains where clogged.
The breakfast was super basic Aldi.
Not a warm welcome.
We slept well, the bed was good. The sheets where clean.
Absolutely not worth the money!
A pleasant stay and thank you to Alexia for her cooking!
No hot water!!! A supposedly local restaurant offering a choice of turkey, salmon pasta or Caesar salad, but nothing local to the region!
Large room, air-conditioned and with a swimming pool, very good in this heatwave. Varied breakfast, scrambled and boiled eggs. Evening stopover menu with several choices.
Heerlijk hotel, prima eten
Arrived at 8:55 p.m., the receptionist told me that it was too late for the meal for the overnight stay. However, she told me that if we removed the overnight stay, I would pay more. So I didn't eat.... Toilet bowl not fixed. The person in charge of the service sneezed into his hands and didn't wash them....
Good bedding and a nice bathroom with rainshower. The room is rather spartan, not even a wardrobe in it. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The receptionist was helpful in making a reservation for dinner, as the restaurant of the hotel itself was closed.
Gate blocked when we arrived, intercom that didn't connect us to anyone (at 4am in the cold, unacceptable!), no information sheet with a telephone number to call, had to find a number on the internet, the person gave an emergency instruction Bathroom dirty, wallpaper peeling At the start the person didn't know how to accommodate our experience, didn't know how to work the TPE and didn't know how to divide €134 in 2
The reception went very well with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. However, the rooms are rather spartan. What was really problematic was that the lady did not give us the gate code. I think it was an oversight. We were invited to a birthday party and when we came back at 1:30 in the morning, we had to call a loving couple to wake them up so they could give us the code, we waited outside for over 30 minutes which is not pleasant at all! I hope for a goodwill gesture from the hotel.
