Hotel well located for visiting the surrounding villages (Monflanquin, Penne d'Agenais, Tournon d'Agenais, etc.). Room quite small but clean and well equipped. Staff attentive and very helpful. Restaurant well maintained and good overall value for money.
No reception (arrival 6:50 p.m.), restaurant closed, very dusty room with numerous cobwebs. Broken tiles, rotten bathroom joints, headboard shorter than the bed. Bedding barely passable, mattress too soft. The paint is a cover-up. No elevator, no air conditioning, no fan. If you are allergic to dust mites, move on. Not worth 3*

A small, welcoming hotel at the foot of the fortified town of Tournon d'Agenais. Parking is available, the meals are good, and the rooms are pretty and air-conditioned.

Everything was perfect, welcome, comfort, room and bathroom. Dinner, very correct dishes quantity and quality, impeccable service. Perit lunch like the rest. Belke organization I recommend.

The location, room and value for money are excellent. Regarding breakfast, that's another story. We were told it would be served at 8am and, being hikers, that was already quite late. Arriving at 8 a.m., breakfast was not served, the "buffet" presented itself as such: 2 baguettes that the manager had just brought, 6 bottoms of pots of artisanal and local jams, a leftover lump of butter, a few small boxes of Kellogg's cereal and 2 yogurts. With the number of trips I make each year, I have never seen such a poor and first buffet, without the slightest fruit. The manager ends up bringing some pastries that she “just received” and asks us what we would like to drink. Given the latter's attitude and the quality/quantity of this breakfast for 4 people, the tone has risen. This left us with the impression of being disturbed, accentuated by the manager's comment: "Poor France." She explained to us that she had 31 years of experience and that she knew how to run her hotel, the problem being that obviously she didn't.

Quality welcome, with a smile, rich and pleasant exchanges. Restaurant with quality products and in a pleasant setting. Attentive service. Tastefully renovated room, comfortable, top bedding! We will stay again without hesitation and with pleasure.
